學(xué)校教師課程創(chuàng)生的機(jī)制建構(gòu)研究
[Abstract]:Curriculum creation is an important theme of curriculum reform in the world today. It meets the needs of the development of high quality talents and is suitable for the sustainable development of schools and teachers. Curriculum creation is a process in which teachers creatively develop and implement curriculum according to students' needs and interests. It can stimulate the creativity and innovation of teachers to the greatest extent, constantly improve the teaching model and methods, and make the classroom more colorful and dynamic. To provide higher-quality teaching services and educational environment for students' physical and mental growth and development. Therefore, it is necessary for schools to construct an effective curriculum creation mechanism system. According to the analysis, the domestic and foreign research on curriculum creation mechanism construction is very little. Therefore, through the investigation method, case law, action research method, literature method and other research methods, from the school management level to elaborate the construction of incentives for teachers to create a curriculum mechanism. The first part expounds the present situation of curriculum creation at home and abroad, defines the concept of curriculum creation, and analyzes the conditions, methods and significance of research. In the second part, the author analyzes the factors hindering school teachers' curriculum creation through the investigation of curriculum creation in several different schools in China. The third part analyzes the characteristics of teachers' self-demand in teaching from the point of view of material life and spirit, and expounds the elements that teachers need to have in order to create a reasonable and effective mechanism to encourage teachers to create curriculum. In the fourth part, the author puts forward five mechanisms to stimulate teachers' curriculum creation: teachers' internal promotion mechanism, democratic and fair mechanism, cultural mechanism, priority mechanism and reward mechanism. The fifth part, the conclusion of the paper.
