【摘要】：教師知識(shí)的來(lái)源、生成方式,決定了教師實(shí)踐知識(shí)在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中發(fā)揮著獨(dú)特作用;具體的教育教學(xué)情境是教師實(shí)踐知識(shí)生成的基礎(chǔ);教師教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)是教師實(shí)踐知識(shí)的主要來(lái)源;教學(xué)反思、問(wèn)題解決是促進(jìn)教師實(shí)踐知識(shí)生成的主要途徑。澄清這四個(gè)方面的觀點(diǎn),一方面寄希于在教師實(shí)踐知識(shí)研究領(lǐng)域能達(dá)成一定的話語(yǔ)共識(shí),另一方面對(duì)教學(xué)實(shí)踐中的教師實(shí)踐知識(shí)的生成、更新也具有一定啟發(fā)作用。
[Abstract]:The source and form of teacher's knowledge decide that the teacher's practical knowledge plays a unique role in the teaching practice, the concrete teaching situation is the foundation of the teacher's practical knowledge generation, the teacher's teaching experience is the main source of the teacher's practical knowledge, and the teacher's teaching experience is the main source of the teacher's practical knowledge. Teaching reflection, problem solving is the main way to promote teachers' practical knowledge generation. On the one hand, it hopes to reach a certain discourse consensus in the field of teachers' practical knowledge, on the other hand, it has a certain enlightening effect on the generation of teachers' practical knowledge in teaching practice.
