走向教學(xué)共生體的師生關(guān)系重建——與教師主導(dǎo)作用批判及反批判爭鳴觀點(diǎn)商榷

【摘要】:教與學(xué)是對立統(tǒng)一的關(guān)系,二者間能否實(shí)現(xiàn)和諧、協(xié)同與共生是判斷師生關(guān)系品質(zhì)的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)。教與學(xué)的統(tǒng)一集中體現(xiàn)為"引"與"學(xué)"、"啟"與"發(fā)"的統(tǒng)一,對立排斥則是師生關(guān)系爭鳴的本質(zhì)思維,學(xué)生主體與教師主導(dǎo)、自學(xué)與導(dǎo)學(xué)間的相互排斥,即為"張葛對話"的節(jié)點(diǎn)所在。聚焦主體間教學(xué)的共生價值,實(shí)現(xiàn)教師主導(dǎo)與學(xué)生主體的深度融合,是師生關(guān)系和課堂重建的應(yīng)然取向。從主體共存走向價值共生的精神聚合體,從知識共享走向智慧共生的智慧創(chuàng)新體,從制度管理走向權(quán)力共生的民主聯(lián)合體,成為當(dāng)下課改行動的合理路徑。
[Abstract]:Teaching and learning are the unity of opposites. The key index to judge the quality of teacher-student relationship is to achieve harmony and co-existence between the two. The unity of teaching and learning is embodied in the unity of "citation" and "learning", "enlightenment" and "development". Opposites and exclusions are the essential thinking of the relationship between teachers and students, the main body of students and teachers lead, and the mutual exclusion between self-study and guided learning. It is the node of Zhang GE Dialogue. It is the orientation of teacher-student relationship and classroom reconstruction to focus on the symbiotic value of teaching between subjects and to realize the deep integration of teacher-teacher leading and student subject. From the coexistence of subject to the spiritual aggregation of value symbiosis, from knowledge sharing to wisdom symbiosis, from institutional management to democratic union of power symbiosis, it becomes a reasonable path for the action of reform after class.
