貧困大學(xué)生父母教養(yǎng)方式、社會(huì)支持與心理健康的關(guān)系

【摘要】:心理健康一直是個(gè)體健康發(fā)展的必不可少的方面受到廣泛關(guān)注。特殊的群體貧困大學(xué)生可能會(huì)面臨更多的心理方面的問(wèn)題。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)家庭因素對(duì)心理健康有重要影響,其中主要集中在父母因素,家庭住房條件和家庭環(huán)境三方面。貧困大學(xué)生特殊家庭背景下,父母教養(yǎng)方式作為父母因素的代表與其心理健康有緊密聯(lián)系。同時(shí),必要的社會(huì)支持對(duì)青少年來(lái)說(shuō)也是他們心理健康的重要保護(hù)性因素。已有研究發(fā)現(xiàn),父母教養(yǎng)方式、社會(huì)支持和心理健康之間存在兩兩相關(guān),但是對(duì)三者關(guān)系的探討相對(duì)匱乏,所以對(duì)三者關(guān)系機(jī)制尚不明確,因此本研究擬考察三者之間的關(guān)系。本研究采用父母教養(yǎng)方式問(wèn)卷(EMBU)、社會(huì)支持問(wèn)卷(SSRS)和心理健康問(wèn)卷(SCL-90),調(diào)查了來(lái)自濰坊工程職業(yè)學(xué)院的540名一年級(jí)和二年級(jí)的貧困大學(xué)生。主要研究結(jié)果如下。1.貧困男大學(xué)生在父母嚴(yán)厲懲罰、父母過(guò)分干涉、父親過(guò)度保護(hù)、父親拒絕否認(rèn)維度顯著高于貧困女大學(xué)生;貧困女大學(xué)生在父母偏愛(ài)維度顯著高于貧困男大學(xué)生。2.大學(xué)一年級(jí)貧困大學(xué)生在主觀支持維度顯著高于二年級(jí)。3.貧困女大學(xué)生的軀體化、強(qiáng)迫、抑郁、焦慮、恐怖、人際關(guān)系、精神病性顯著高于貧困男大學(xué)生。4.貧困大學(xué)生父母教養(yǎng)方式、社會(huì)支持和心理健康存在顯著相關(guān)。父母嚴(yán)厲懲罰、父母過(guò)分干涉、父母拒絕否認(rèn)、父母偏愛(ài)、父親過(guò)度保護(hù)與個(gè)體心理健康顯著負(fù)相關(guān);父母情感溫暖與個(gè)體心理健康顯著正相關(guān);父母情感溫暖與社會(huì)支持顯著正相關(guān);父親拒絕否認(rèn)、母親懲罰嚴(yán)厲、母親過(guò)分干涉、母親偏愛(ài)與社會(huì)支持顯著負(fù)相關(guān);社會(huì)支持總分與個(gè)體心理健康顯著正相關(guān)。5.貧困大學(xué)生的社會(huì)支持在父親情感溫暖和心理健康之間起部分中介作用;社會(huì)支持在母親情感溫暖與心理健康之間起部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:Mental health has always been an essential aspect of the healthy development of individuals. A special group of poor college students may face more psychological problems. It is found that family factors have an important influence on mental health, which mainly focus on parental factors, family housing conditions and family environment. Under the special family background of poor college students, the representative of parental rearing style is closely related to their mental health. At the same time, the necessary social support for adolescents is also an important protective factor for their mental health. It has been found that there are two correlations among parental rearing style, social support and mental health, but the relationship between them is relatively scarce, so the mechanism of the three relationships is not clear, so this study intends to examine the relationship between the three. In this study, (EMBU), Social support questionnaire (SSRS) and Mental Health questionnaire (SCL-90) were used to investigate 540 impoverished college students from Weifang Engineering Vocational College. The main results are as follows. Poor male students in the parents of severe punishment, parents too much interference, father too much protection, father refused to deny the dimension is significantly higher than poor female college students; poor female students in parental preference dimension is significantly higher than poor male students. 2. The subjective support dimension of the impoverished freshmen was significantly higher than that of the second year. 3. The somatization, compulsion, depression, anxiety, phobia, interpersonal relationship and psychosis of poor female college students were significantly higher than those of impoverished male college students. There is a significant correlation between parenting style, social support and mental health of poor college students. Parents' severe punishment, parents' excessive interference, parents' refusal to deny, parents' preference, father's overprotection were negatively correlated with individual mental health, and parental emotional warmth was positively correlated with individual mental health. Parents' emotional warmth was positively correlated with social support, father refused to deny, mother punished severely, mother overintervened, mother's preference was negatively correlated with social support, and total score of social support was positively correlated with individual mental health. The social support of poor college students partly mediates between father's emotional warmth and mental health, and social support partly mediates between mother's emotional warmth and mental health.
