【摘要】：在全球化背景下,跨文化交流日益頻繁。外語教學(xué)也越發(fā)重視學(xué)生跨文化交際能力的培養(yǎng)。但是教師跨文化教育卻沒能滿足跨文化外語教學(xué)發(fā)展的需求。目前,不少大學(xué)英語教師和中學(xué)英語教師都面臨著開設(shè)跨文化交際課程的困惑。本研究以這部分教師為研究對象,在需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,以跨文化交際能力和跨文化培訓(xùn)的理念為基礎(chǔ),對英語教師跨文化教學(xué)培訓(xùn)項目進行了探討。研究提出了培訓(xùn)目的,設(shè)定了培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、并對培訓(xùn)方法和測評方式提出了建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of globalization, cross-cultural communication is becoming more and more frequent. Foreign language teaching also pays more and more attention to the cultivation of students' cross-cultural communicative competence. However, teachers' cross-cultural education fails to meet the needs of the development of cross-cultural foreign language teaching. At present, many college English teachers and middle school English teachers are faced with the confusion of offering cross-cultural communication courses. Based on the needs analysis and the concept of intercultural communication competence and cross-cultural training, this study explores the cross-cultural teaching and training projects for English teachers. The research puts forward the training aim, sets up the training content, and puts forward the suggestion to the training method and the evaluation method.
