【摘要】：目的了解鄭州市寄宿制中學(xué)生心理狀況及影響因素,為中學(xué)生心理干預(yù)提供依據(jù)。方法采用隨機(jī)整群抽樣方法,在鄭州市抽取1所寄宿制高中、2所寄宿制初中共計1 335名學(xué)生,使用中國中學(xué)生心理健康量表(MMHI-60)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果鄭州市寄宿制中學(xué)學(xué)生心理健康問題發(fā)生率為45.0%,男生心理健康問題檢出率(47.7%)高于女生(42.1%)(χ~2=4.295,P0.05),高中生心理健康問題檢出率(48.3%)高于初中生(41.6%)(χ~2=5.927,P0.05)。Logistic回歸分析顯示,學(xué)習(xí)快樂、家庭快樂、生活費足夠的學(xué)生出現(xiàn)心理健康問題的危險性較小(OR值分別為0.482,0.784,0.663,P值均0.05)。結(jié)論鄭州市寄宿制中學(xué)生心理健康問題發(fā)生率較高,學(xué)習(xí)壓力感是較為突出的心理問題。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the psychological status and influencing factors of boarding students in Zhengzhou, and to provide evidence for psychological intervention of middle school students. Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to select 1 335 students from 1 boarding high school and 2 boarding junior high schools in Zhengzhou. The mental health scale (MMHI-60) of Chinese middle school students was used to conduct a field questionnaire. Results the prevalence rate of mental health problems in boarding school students in Zhengzhou was 45.0. The prevalence rate of mental health problems in boys (47.7%) was higher than that in girls (42.1%) (蠂 2 / 295P0.05). The prevalence rate of mental health problems in high school students (48.3%) was higher than that in junior high school students (41.6%) (蠂 ~ 2 5.927P0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that students were happy in study and happy in family. The risk of mental health problems was lower in the students with adequate living expenses (OR = 0.4820.784 / 0.663g, P = 0.05, respectively). Conclusion the incidence of mental health problems of boarding students in Zhengzhou is high, and learning stress is a prominent psychological problem.
