中小學(xué)教師心理健康教育知識(shí)的掌握問(wèn)題研究
[Abstract]:The knowledge of mental health education of primary and middle school teachers is the precondition to ensure the implementation of the subject of mental health education in primary and middle schools. But there is almost no research to test this premise, this study attempts to make a preliminary test. This paper focuses on the following questions: how well do primary and secondary school teachers master the knowledge of mental health education? By what factors? How to ascend? The research object of this study is primary and secondary school teachers, there are 282 primary and middle school teachers participating in the thesis. Among them, there were 59 male teachers and 223 female teachers with an average age of 35.46 years. This study adopts the questionnaire of Mental Health Education of Primary and Middle School Teachers, which includes validity test, knowledge source evaluation of teachers' mental health education and mental health education knowledge test of primary and middle school teachers. The first two questionnaires were scored by Richter scale 5 points, and the latter by 0 1 score. This study found that: (1) the total score of the respondents only accounted for 29.1% of the total; the correct rate of consulting psychological knowledge was 47; the correct rate of developing psychological knowledge was 35; and the correct rate of educational psychological knowledge was 54%. (2) among them, the correct rate was in gender. There were significant differences in educational background, teaching age, age and teaching subject, but there was no difference in the title of backbone teacher, school type and school position. On the whole, primary and middle school teachers have a poor knowledge of mental health education. Gender, education, teaching years, age, teaching subject and other factors affect the mastery of knowledge. Relevant teaching materials and teaching and research activities are the main sources of mental health education knowledge of primary and secondary school teachers. According to the previous investigation, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: to pay attention to the teachers with low academic qualifications; to pay attention to the newly employed and long-serving teachers; to broaden the sources of knowledge for teachers; and to strengthen the knowledge training of some teachers.
