【摘要】：深刻認(rèn)識教育事業(yè)的特殊屬性及其與經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行體系的本質(zhì)差異,這是教育供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的邏輯起點(diǎn)。在新的歷史時(shí)期,教育供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革面臨的主要問題是當(dāng)前教育體系所提供的教育資源和服務(wù)與民眾優(yōu)質(zhì)而多元化的教育需求之間的突出矛盾;實(shí)質(zhì)在于深化教育領(lǐng)域綜合改革、全面提升現(xiàn)代教育治理水平,實(shí)施的路向在于突破國民教育體系的狹義教育觀,在現(xiàn)代教育理念及體系架構(gòu)中深化教育體制機(jī)制改革,形成現(xiàn)代公共教育服務(wù)體系與家庭個(gè)體和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展之教育需求的良性匹配關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:It is the logical starting point for the supply-side structural reform of education to deeply understand the special attribute of education and the essential difference between it and the economic operation system. In the new historical period, the main problem facing the structural reform on the supply side of education is the prominent contradiction between the educational resources and services provided by the current education system and the high quality and diversified educational demand of the people. The essence lies in deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of education and comprehensively improving the level of modern education governance. The direction of implementation lies in breaking through the narrow educational concept of the national education system and deepening the reform of the educational system mechanism in the modern educational concept and system structure. Forming a benign matching relationship between the modern public education service system and the educational needs of the family individual and economic and social development.
