大學(xué)生雙重完美主義與生涯適應(yīng)力的關(guān)系研究
[Abstract]:Career adaptability refers to the ability of individual to adapt to the changes of different roles actively and to have a balance with the changes. It is also an important ability for individuals to adapt to social changes quickly and obtain career success. For a long time, the employment of college students, career development has been the focus of society. Therefore, the psychological significance of career adaptability for college students has become a research hotspot in the field of career development. In view of the positive influence of career adaptability on college students' career development, personality factors have become the focus of research. Different from the previous researches on the influence of Big five Personality, this study takes perfectionism as a research angle and bases on the theoretical basis of double perfectionism. This paper attempts to analyze the internal influence mechanism of the personality characteristics of college students' dual perfectionism on individual career adaptability. Previous studies have shown that perfectionism is closely related to individual career expectations, career aspirations, and social adaptation problems. In this study, career optimism and career decision-making difficulties are used as the mediating factors of double perfectionism to influence the adaptability of individual career. In this study, the research tools are first revised. On the basis of verifying the good reliability and validity of Chinese version of positive and negative perfectionism and career ambition scale, it can be used as an effective measurement tool in this study. Secondly, This paper examines the influence mechanism of double perfectionism on college students' career decision-making difficulties through career optimism. Finally, it analyzes the internal mechanism of double perfectionism influencing college students' career adaptability through career optimism and career decision-making difficulties. Through the analysis of this study, the conclusions are as follows: (1) the Chinese version of positive and negative perfectionism and career ambition scale have good reliability and validity in the context of Chinese localization culture. It can be used as an effective measurement tool. (2) the two dimensions of perfectionism, positive and negative perfectionism are positive predictors of college students' career decision-making difficulties. Career optimism has a mediating effect between double perfectionism and career decision making difficulties. (3) double perfectionism positively predicts one's career adaptability. And the multiple mediating effect between double perfectionism and career adaptability does not hold true for career optimism and career decision making difficulties.
