【摘要】：美國教育部于2010年提出的"構(gòu)建持續(xù)發(fā)展的全民終身學(xué)習(xí)體系"教育技術(shù)計劃在實踐中遭遇困境:一方面,數(shù)字鴻溝的不斷擴大,通過信息技術(shù)解決教育公平和教育均衡問題的嘗試遭遇重挫;另一方面,原計劃中教學(xué)、學(xué)習(xí)、評價的體系及模式有待提升、改善。為此,美國教育部于2016年頒布實施了旨在提升學(xué)習(xí)、教學(xué)、評價和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的新國家教育技術(shù)計劃,并通過引入新的教育理念、更新教育技術(shù)計劃內(nèi)容和培訓(xùn)環(huán)節(jié)、轉(zhuǎn)型體制機制等措施,推動現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)與教育的深度融合及縱深發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In 2010, the Education Technology Program "Building a Sustainable lifelong Learning system for all", proposed by the US Department of Education, encountered difficulties in practice: on the one hand, the digital divide continues to widen. On the other hand, the system and mode of teaching, learning and evaluation in the original plan need to be improved and improved. To this end, in 2016, the US Department of Education issued and implemented a new national educational technology plan aimed at improving learning, teaching, evaluation and infrastructure, and updated the content and training links of the educational technology program by introducing new educational concepts. The transformation system mechanism and other measures to promote the deep integration and development of modern information technology and education.
