【摘要】：在城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中,農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育階段教師持續(xù)、規(guī)模化地向城市流動(dòng),加劇了城鄉(xiāng)義務(wù)教育發(fā)展不均衡。農(nóng)村教師流動(dòng)問題主要源于"城市中心"教育制度、農(nóng)村教師社會(huì)地位較低、家庭為本的文化傳統(tǒng)、農(nóng)村學(xué)校管理滯后和農(nóng)村生源流失。因此,提出建立和健全向農(nóng)村教師傾斜的教育制度,提升農(nóng)村教師社會(huì)地位,加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村學(xué)校管理、完善城鄉(xiāng)教師流動(dòng)制度和創(chuàng)新農(nóng)村教師補(bǔ)充機(jī)制的對(duì)策與建議,以期能夠有效地破解農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育教師流動(dòng)問題。
[Abstract]:In the process of urbanization, teachers in compulsory education in rural areas continue to flow to cities on a large scale, which exacerbates the imbalance in the development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas. The problem of rural teacher mobility mainly stems from the "urban center" education system, the low social status of rural teachers, the family-oriented cultural tradition, the lagging of rural school management and the loss of students from rural areas. Therefore, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to establish and perfect the education system that is inclined to rural teachers, to enhance the social status of rural teachers, to strengthen the management of rural schools, to perfect the system of teachers' mobility in urban and rural areas and to innovate the supplementary mechanism of rural teachers. In order to effectively solve the problem of rural compulsory education teachers flow.
