高校心靈智慧工作的方法探討

【摘要】:高校心理健康教育與咨詢工作應(yīng)結(jié)合大學(xué)生身心發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律及時(shí)令節(jié)氣、個(gè)性特征等相關(guān)因子而展開,寓心理健康教育于學(xué)生可觸、可感、可悟之層面,使學(xué)校心理健康教育與咨詢工作更加深入,其方法大致歸結(jié)為三條:用人的階段性成長的認(rèn)知成果指導(dǎo)心靈;用個(gè)人"小我"融入自然"大我"的認(rèn)識(shí)成果養(yǎng)育心靈;用科技成果與專業(yè)文化來引導(dǎo)心靈。
[Abstract]:College mental health education and consultation should be carried out in combination with the characteristics and laws of college students' physical and mental development, such as solar terms, personality characteristics and other relevant factors, so as to put mental health education at the level of students' touchability, sensibility and realization. The methods of psychological health education and consultation in schools can be summed up in three aspects: guiding the mind with the cognitive achievements of personal growth in stages, nurturing the mind with the personal "ego" integration into the natural "great self"; Use scientific and technological achievements and professional culture to guide the mind.
