【摘要】：青少年的性健康問題一直是社會各界關注的熱點。近年來,在新媒體資訊和各類影視作品的沖擊下,我國青少年的性觀念正發(fā)生著深刻的轉變,由性引發(fā)的一系列問題已經(jīng)成為危害青少年健康的重要危險因素。以往國內對青少年性健康問題的研究,多數(shù)集中于對性知識、性觀念、性行為相關問題的現(xiàn)狀描述,對性心理所涉及的這幾個方面通常都是獨立進行研究,探討這幾方面之間相互關系的研究相對少見;調查對象多聚焦于大學生和普通高中生群體,對中專學生的關注度不高,對衛(wèi)生職業(yè)學校的中專女護生這一相對特殊群體的研究更是少見,中專女護生作為臨床一線護理工作者的重要來源,其性健康水平不僅僅關系到自身的身心健康,也會對護理對象產(chǎn)生直接而深遠的影響。因此有必要對中專女護生的性健康知識和性態(tài)度的現(xiàn)狀及它們之間的關系進行研究。本研究以云南省玉溪衛(wèi)生學校574名中專女護生為被試,采用自編的中職學生性健康知識問卷和修訂自趙科編制的性態(tài)度調查問卷作為研究工具,運用多種統(tǒng)計分析方法,從多個數(shù)據(jù)分析角度,對中專女護生的性健康知識和性態(tài)度的現(xiàn)狀及其二者之間的關系進行了研究。研究得到以下結論:1.中專女護生性健康知識平均知曉率為66.6%,年級、民族、家庭所在地、母親文化程度分別對中專女護生在一個或多個性健康知識板塊上的了解程度有著顯著影響。2.中專女護生在情感與性需求傾向性態(tài)度、回避傾向性態(tài)度上表現(xiàn)較為正向;在開放傾向上的性態(tài)度偏負向,年級、家庭所在地、父親文化程度分別對性態(tài)度的一個或多個維度有顯著影響。3.中專女護生的性健康知識和性態(tài)度存在顯著相關關系;性健康知識的五個方面相互間都有顯著的相關,尤其是避孕和流產(chǎn)知識與艾滋病知識關系較緊密;性生理知識、青春期保健知識、避孕和流產(chǎn)知識能夠正向預測情感與性需求傾向性態(tài)度;青春期保健知識可以正向預測開放傾向性態(tài)度,性病知識能夠負向預測開放傾向性態(tài)度;避孕和流產(chǎn)知識能夠正向預測回避傾向性態(tài)度�；谡{查結果,建議學校專門開設符合中專女護生實際需求的性健康教育課程,配備專業(yè)教師隊伍,加強對學生的分類指導,提高家長的參與度,全方位開展科學系統(tǒng)的性教育,促進中專女護生性健康知識水平的提升和健康性態(tài)度的養(yǎng)成。
[Abstract]:The sexual health problem of young people has always been a hot spot of attention from all walks of life. In recent years, under the impact of new media information and various kinds of film and television works, the sex concept of young people in our country is undergoing a profound change. A series of problems caused by sex have become an important risk factor for the health of young people. The study of the problem is mainly focused on the description of the status quo of sexual knowledge, sex concept and sexual behavior, and the research on these aspects of sexual psychology is usually independent, and the research on the relationship between these aspects is relatively rare. The study of the female nursing students in the secondary school of the vocational school is rare. The female nursing students in secondary school are the important source of the clinical nursing workers. Their sexual health is not only related to their own physical and mental health, but also has a direct and far-reaching influence on the nursing objects. Therefore, it is necessary for women in secondary school. In this study, 574 female nursing students in Yuxi health school, Yunnan Province, were used as the research tools, and the questionnaire of sexual attitude compiled by Zhao family was used as the research tool and a variety of statistical analysis methods were used. From the perspective of multiple data analysis, the status of sexual health knowledge and sexual attitude of female nursing students in secondary school and the relationship between the two were studied. The following conclusions were obtained: 1. the average awareness rate of female nursing knowledge in secondary school was 66.6%, grade, nationality, home location and parent's cultural degree were one or more female nursing students in secondary school, respectively. The degree of understanding on the knowledge of sexual health has a significant influence on the attitude towards the emotional and sexual desire of the female nurses in.2. secondary school, and the more positive attitude towards avoidance. In the open tendencies, the sexual attitude is negative, the grade, the home place, and the father's educational level have a significant influence on the one or more dimensions of the sexual attitude in.3.. There was a significant correlation between the sexual health knowledge and sexual attitude of the female nursing students, and there were significant correlations between the five aspects of sexual health knowledge, especially the knowledge of contraception and abortion and AIDS knowledge, and the knowledge of sexual physiology, puberty health care and contraception and abortion were able to predict the tendency of emotional and sexual demand. Degree; adolescent health knowledge can positively predict open attitude, STD knowledge can negatively predict open attitude, contraception and abortion knowledge can positively predict the tendency to avoid the tendency. Based on the results of the survey, it is suggested that the school set up a sexual health education course which conforms to the actual needs of female nursing students in secondary school and is equipped with professional teachers. The team should strengthen the classification guidance to the students, improve the participation degree of the parents, carry out the scientific and systematic sex education in all directions, promote the promotion of the knowledge level of the female nurse's health and health, and develop the healthy attitude.
