【摘要】：區(qū)域教育信息化發(fā)展是我國教育信息化系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的重要力量。本文采用問卷法、實(shí)地考察法、訪談法等方法對廣東省云浮市教育信息化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和問題進(jìn)行了深入調(diào)研和分析,為云浮市政府制定《云浮市"十三五"教育信息化發(fā)展規(guī)劃》提供政策依據(jù)。借助SPSS軟件和Nvivo軟件,本研究分別從學(xué)校信息化環(huán)境建設(shè)、教師擁有信息化設(shè)備及教學(xué)應(yīng)用能力、教師信息技術(shù)培訓(xùn)需求、教師使用信息技術(shù)的態(tài)度和感受、教師對教育信息化建設(shè)的需求和建議、教學(xué)點(diǎn)的總體情況等六個方面對調(diào)查問卷和訪談結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析和呈現(xiàn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本研究總結(jié)了六個方面的問題:學(xué)校硬件設(shè)備設(shè)施支持服務(wù)是首要問題;教師對信息技術(shù)態(tài)度積極,提升信息技術(shù)能力需求迫切;資源平臺建設(shè)是影響教育信息化發(fā)展的第三大問題;教學(xué)點(diǎn)的教育信息化水平相對較低;教育信息化投入較少,缺少示范創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用;治理體系有待優(yōu)化,缺乏統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)和改革創(chuàng)新。由此,文章提煉出區(qū)域教育信息化發(fā)展模型,并在此框架下提出四點(diǎn)政策建議:完善政府治理機(jī)制;加強(qiáng)學(xué)校信息化環(huán)境建設(shè);提升教師信息化教學(xué)能力;培養(yǎng)學(xué)生信息技術(shù)素養(yǎng)和創(chuàng)新能力。
[Abstract]:The development of regional education informatization is an important force in the development of our country's educational information system. The present situation and problems of educational informatization development in Yunfu City of Guangdong Province are investigated and analyzed by questionnaire, field investigation and interview. It provides the policy basis for the Yunfu government to formulate the third five-year Plan of Educational Informatization Development in Yunfu City. With the help of SPSS software and NVivo software, this study was based on the construction of school information environment, teachers' information equipment and teaching application ability, teachers' information technology training needs, teachers' attitude and feelings of using information technology. This paper analyzes and presents the questionnaire and interview results from six aspects, such as the teachers' needs and suggestions for the construction of educational informatization, the general situation of the teaching points, and so on. On this basis, this study summarized six aspects of the problems: school hardware facilities support service is the primary issue, teachers are active towards information technology, the urgent need to enhance information technology capacity; The construction of resource platform is the third problem affecting the development of educational informatization; the level of educational informatization is relatively low; the investment of educational informatization is relatively low, and the application of demonstration and innovation is lacking; the governance system needs to be optimized. Lack of overall coordination and reform and innovation. Therefore, the paper abstracts the development model of regional education informatization, and puts forward four policy suggestions under this framework: perfecting the government governance mechanism, strengthening the construction of the school information environment, improving teachers' information-based teaching ability; Cultivate students' information technology literacy and innovation ability.
