【摘要】：關(guān)于學(xué)術(shù)研究與學(xué)術(shù)傳播,需要特別強(qiáng)調(diào)三點:第一,作為國家開放大學(xué)主辦的雜志,傳播遠(yuǎn)程教育學(xué)術(shù)是《中國遠(yuǎn)程教育》的神圣使命。雜志要不偏離遠(yuǎn)程教育學(xué)術(shù)的核心陣地,堅持立足于遠(yuǎn)程教育的實踐領(lǐng)域和研究領(lǐng)域;要在堅持學(xué)術(shù)爭鳴的同時,避免跟風(fēng)炒作概念;要在定位于中國的遠(yuǎn)程教育的同時,承擔(dān)起國家開放大學(xué)學(xué)報的職責(zé),為國家開放大學(xué)人才成長做出獨特貢獻(xiàn)。第二,要密切關(guān)注互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+環(huán)境下遠(yuǎn)程教育的新動態(tài)。雜志應(yīng)更多關(guān)注"三融合"(技術(shù)融合、數(shù)據(jù)融合、業(yè)務(wù)融合)帶給遠(yuǎn)程教育業(yè)態(tài)的變革,從這方面著力,緊扣當(dāng)今遠(yuǎn)程教育發(fā)展的焦點問題進(jìn)行選題;要充分認(rèn)識到高等教育、基礎(chǔ)教育的教育信息化和開放大學(xué)及其系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的信息化是不一樣的;要盡快在國家開放大學(xué)門戶網(wǎng)站上提供雜志在線版。第三,要支持和促進(jìn)遠(yuǎn)程教育學(xué)術(shù)共同體的發(fā)展壯大。雜志要和相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)一起把學(xué)術(shù)共同體建設(shè)好,共同提升遠(yuǎn)程教育領(lǐng)域的研究水平,豐富研究成果。
[Abstract]:As for academic research and academic communication, three points should be emphasized: first, as a magazine sponsored by the National Open University, the dissemination of distance education is the sacred mission of distance Education in China. The magazine should not deviate from the core position of distance education and adhere to the practice and research fields of distance education; it should stick to academic contention while avoiding hype; and it should be positioned at the same time as distance education in China. Assume the responsibility of the National Open University Journal, and make a unique contribution to the growth of the National Open University talents. Second, we should pay close attention to the new trends of distance education in the Internet environment. The magazine should pay more attention to the transformation of distance education format brought by "three integration" (technology fusion, data fusion, business integration), and focus on the focus of distance education development. The informatization of basic education is different from that of the Open University and its system. It is necessary to provide the online edition of the magazine on the National Open University portal as soon as possible. Third, to support and promote the development of distance education academic community. The magazine and related institutions should work together to build a good academic community, jointly improve the research level of distance education, enrich the research results.
