【摘要】：主觀幸福感是評價者根據(jù)自定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對其生活質(zhì)量的整體性評估,包括認(rèn)知評價和情感體驗兩個成分。隨著學(xué)者對主觀幸福感的關(guān)注,教師主觀幸福感作為教師心理衛(wèi)生的一個重要指標(biāo)也引起了研究者的深入探討。分析教師主觀幸福感文獻(xiàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),近十年我國教師主觀幸福感研究呈現(xiàn)出研究對象多元化、測量工具多樣化、研究內(nèi)容豐富化等特點。教師主觀幸福感的研究趨勢是:研究類型應(yīng)注重縱向研究;研究內(nèi)容應(yīng)注重效用研究;研究方法應(yīng)注重多元結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:Subjective Well-being (SWB) is a comprehensive assessment of the quality of life of the evaluators according to their own criteria, including cognitive evaluation and emotional experience. With the attention of scholars on subjective well-being, teachers' subjective well-being, as an important indicator of teachers' mental health, has been deeply discussed by researchers. By analyzing the literature on teachers' subjective well-being, it is found that the research of teachers' subjective well-being in China has the characteristics of diversified research objects, diversified measuring tools and rich research contents in recent ten years. The research trend of teachers' subjective well-being is that the types of research should pay attention to the longitudinal research, the content of the research should pay attention to the research of utility, and the research methods should pay attention to the combination of multiple factors.
