【摘要】：正教育對(duì)外開放在國家開放戰(zhàn)略中發(fā)揮著基礎(chǔ)性、先導(dǎo)性和全局性作用。教育國際合作與交流要服務(wù)和服從于國內(nèi)改革發(fā)展的需要。我國教育國際合作與交流呈現(xiàn)出新發(fā)展、新趨勢(shì)、新舉措。近年來,通過堅(jiān)持以開放促改革、促發(fā)展,開展多層次、寬領(lǐng)域的教育交流與合作,我國教育國際化水平不斷提高,我國教育的國際地位、影響力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不斷提升。教育國際合作交流工作在著力深化綜合改革、推進(jìn)雙向留學(xué)、支持高水平示范性中外合作辦學(xué)、謀劃中外人文交流等方面取得了積極進(jìn)展,我國教育國際合作與交流在積極推進(jìn)教育對(duì)外開放中
[Abstract]:The opening of education to the outside world plays a basic, leading and global role in the national open strategy. The international cooperation and exchange of education should serve the needs of the reform and development of the country. The international cooperation and exchange of education in our country presents new developments, new trends and new measures.
