共享發(fā)展理念引領教育精準扶貧

【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟進入新常態(tài),黨的十八屆五中全會提出新的發(fā)展理念——共享發(fā)展理念的背景下,通過剖析教育精準扶貧在打贏脫貧攻堅戰(zhàn)中的意義,以及對當前中國教育扶貧的現(xiàn)有模式進行反思,不難發(fā)現(xiàn),我國脫貧工程中還存在一些問題,教育精準扶貧方式粗放、分散,導致目標不準、效果不佳以及過度依賴政府扶持、貧困地區(qū)內(nèi)生動力不足等。據(jù)此,本文提出了教育精準扶貧可以努力的方向。
[Abstract]:With the economy entering a new normal, the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward a new concept of development, the concept of shared development, and through the analysis of the significance of precision education in helping the poor to win the battle against poverty. It is not difficult to find that there are still some problems in the project of poverty alleviation in China, such as extensive and dispersed ways of helping the poor by education, leading to inaccurate objectives, poor results and excessive reliance on government support. Lack of endogenous power in poor areas. Based on this, this paper puts forward the direction that education can make great efforts in helping the poor.
