【摘要】:以精英教育享譽全球的私立貴族學(xué)!珜W(xué),二戰(zhàn)后卻因其課程陳舊、校風(fēng)腐敗、制造階級隔閡等弊病為眾人所批判。致力于扶植公立教育、促進(jìn)平等教育的工黨上臺,也給公學(xué)的生存和發(fā)展施加了壓力。二戰(zhàn)后,在各種重壓之下,公學(xué)經(jīng)歷了艱難的發(fā)展,并進(jìn)行了大刀闊斧的改革。根據(jù)公學(xué)改革的重心,可將公學(xué)戰(zhàn)后至今的改革歷程分為三個階段。戰(zhàn)后初期,公學(xué)主要進(jìn)行校園重建來招徠生源,改革考試制度來響應(yīng)平等教育思潮,并接受補助制度來走出經(jīng)濟困境。六七十年代是"公學(xué)革命"時期,公學(xué)在此階段進(jìn)行了重大改革,如課程改革和男女合校等等。八十年代至今,經(jīng)歷過改革后的公學(xué)又實現(xiàn)了新的發(fā)展,并主動開辟海外分校,擴大國際影響力。全文借助文獻(xiàn)法、歷史研究法和個案分析法等方法對二戰(zhàn)后公學(xué)的改革進(jìn)行研究,共分為三章,第一章主要對公學(xué)戰(zhàn)后的發(fā)展和改革進(jìn)行梳理,分為三個時期,分別是1945—1963年的重建發(fā)展期;1964—1979年的公學(xué)革命期;1980—2015年的當(dāng)代發(fā)展改革期。第二章基于第一章的史實梳理,對公學(xué)改革進(jìn)行專題研究,主要有教育理念改革、課程設(shè)置改革以及管理制度改革等。第三章則在第一章史實梳理、第二章專題研究的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步深化,透過史實來尋找本質(zhì),對公學(xué)存在、改革背后的理論進(jìn)行歸因。最后,將公學(xué)與我國的私立學(xué)校和重點中學(xué)相對比,通過分析公學(xué)的改革,以公學(xué)改革過程中所體現(xiàn)的理念為我國的教育提供一些可資之見,以作為本文的結(jié)語。
[Abstract]:The British public school, a private aristocratic school famous for its elite education, was criticized after World War II for its old curriculum, corrupt school style and class estrangement. The Labour Party, which is committed to fostering public education and promoting equal education, also exerts pressure on the survival and development of public schools. After World War II, under all kinds of heavy pressure, the public school experienced the difficult development, and carried on the drastic reform. According to the focus of public school reform, the reform process of public school after the war can be divided into three stages. In the early postwar period, public schools mainly carried out campus reconstruction to attract students, to reform the examination system to respond to the trend of equal education, and to accept the subsidy system to get out of the economic predicament. The 1960s and 1970s was the period of the "Public School Revolution", in which public schools carried out major reforms, such as curriculum reform and co-education. Since 1980's, the public school has realized new development after the reform, and has opened up overseas branch school actively, expands the international influence. With the help of literature, historical research and case analysis, this paper studies the reform of public schools after World War II, which is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is mainly about the development and reform of public schools after the war, which is divided into three periods. They are the period of reconstruction and development from 1945 to 1963 and the period of public school revolution from 1964 to 1979 and the period of contemporary development reform from 1980 to 2015. The second chapter, based on the historical facts of the first chapter, carries out a special study on the reform of public schools, including the reform of educational concept, the reform of curriculum and the reform of management system. The third chapter is in the first chapter historical facts combing, the second chapter special topic research foundation, further deepens, through the historical facts to look for the essence, carries on the attribution to the public school existence, the theory behind the reform. Finally, comparing public schools with private schools and key middle schools in our country, by analyzing the reform of public schools, we can provide some suggestions for our country's education by the ideas embodied in the process of public school reform, so as to serve as the conclusion of this paper.
