信息技術條件下教育教學方式優(yōu)化研究與實踐

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代信息技術快速進步,迅猛地改變著人們生產、生活和學習方式。幫助受教育者便捷地掌握知識并輕松地學會運用形成能力,這是教育改革發(fā)展的永恒主題。本課題研究對象為信息技術支持教育質量提高的教育方式優(yōu)化方案建設,力圖通過研究,找到一種具有普遍現(xiàn)實指導意義的優(yōu)化教育方式。教育方式的優(yōu)化研究,借鑒了古今中外教育優(yōu)化理論成果,依托教育信息化背景,從自然科學的視野來審視教育科學發(fā)展方向,用系統(tǒng)論、信息論等現(xiàn)代理論來研究處理教育問題,用信息化助推教育活動方式變革,注重各種教育要素資源整合,形成一套優(yōu)化的教育方式。這套優(yōu)化教育方式一定要便于解決傳播知識、培養(yǎng)能力這個教育的基礎性工作問題,也一定要便于解決教育對象的健全人格培養(yǎng)和良好思維品質培養(yǎng)問題。當今世界,教育的根本特點是課程模塊化、知識系統(tǒng)化、資源信息化、手段多元化、發(fā)展自主化、評價向度化。教育教學方式優(yōu)化研究就是根據(jù)這些特點結合教學實際,采用調查法、實驗法、文獻法、比較法、個案分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法,在教育信息化支持下,探索出模塊系統(tǒng)教學方式來解決學生學習知識的問題,探索出輻射式平臺實驗實作方式來解決培養(yǎng)學生能力的問題,其中融入學生人格教育、思維品質培養(yǎng)的內容。為增強可操作性,又總結設計出2-4-2優(yōu)化課堂,形成一套完整的教育方式體系。該優(yōu)化教育方案是在眾多教育理論研究成果指導下,經過長期教育實踐總結研究形成的,切合國家教育發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和當代教育發(fā)展理念,是教學實踐的總結和升華,又經過課堂教學實踐的檢驗,具有非常好的教育效果。更為可取的是優(yōu)化教育方式能和當今眾多教育改革的方式方法對接兼容,便于教師、學生掌握運用,具有很強的實效性和可操作性。隨著教育信息化建設進一步完善,教育資源進一步整合,優(yōu)化教育是能夠實現(xiàn)的,對優(yōu)化教育方式的研究是有實際意義的。
[Abstract]:The rapid progress of modern information technology has rapidly changed the way people produce, live and study. It is the eternal theme of educational reform and development to help the educatee master knowledge easily and learn to use formative ability easily. The research object of this paper is the optimization scheme of information technology to support the improvement of education quality, and try hard to find a kind of optimization education mode with universal practical significance. The research on the optimization of educational methods, drawing lessons from the theoretical achievements of educational optimization in ancient and modern countries, relying on the background of educational informatization, examining the development direction of educational science from the perspective of natural science, using system theory, Modern theories, such as information theory, are used to study and deal with the problems of education, to promote the transformation of educational activities with information technology, to pay attention to the integration of resources of various educational elements, and to form a set of optimized educational methods. This set of optimization education methods must be convenient to solve the problem of spreading knowledge and cultivating ability, which is the basic work of education, and must also be convenient to solve the problem of cultivating the perfect personality and good thinking quality of the educational object. In today's world, the basic characteristics of education are curriculum modularization, knowledge systematization, resource information, means diversification, development autonomy and evaluation orientation. The research on the optimization of education and teaching method is based on these characteristics combined with teaching practice, using investigation method, experimental method, literature method, comparative method, case analysis method, mathematical statistics method, with the support of educational information. This paper explores a modular system teaching method to solve the problem of students' learning knowledge, and a radiation platform experiment method to solve the problem of cultivating students' ability, including the content of students' personality education and the cultivation of thinking quality. In order to enhance the maneuverability, 2-4-2 optimized classroom is designed to form a complete educational system. Under the guidance of many educational theory research results, the optimized education program is formed through the long-term educational practice summary and research, which is in line with the national education development strategy and the contemporary educational development concept, and is the summary and sublimation of the teaching practice. After the classroom teaching practice test, has the very good education effect. It is more desirable that the optimization of educational methods can be compatible with many educational reform methods nowadays, which is convenient for teachers and students to master and use, and has strong effectiveness and maneuverability. With the further improvement of educational information construction and the further integration of educational resources, the optimization of education can be realized, and it is of practical significance to study the optimization of educational methods.
