【摘要】：采用自編《普通高中心理健康教育實踐情況調(diào)查問卷》對陜西省70所普通高中學校進行調(diào)查,采用《中學教師心理健康教育觀念問卷》對陜西省普通高中200名心理健康教育從業(yè)人員和學校管理者進行調(diào)查。結(jié)果顯示:目前陜西省普通高中有將近一半學校沒有配置專職心理健康教師;有37%的學校設有專門的心理咨詢輔導室,且大多數(shù)設備落后或缺乏;有32%的學校對新生進行高中生心理健康測評;心理健康教育的形式主要是講座和心理主題班會,僅有少部分學校開設健康教育課。關于心理健康教育觀念,心理健康從業(yè)教師和中學管理者在教育的目的、對象和實施效果3個維度上具有較高的認同感,而在教育的途徑、與德育關系、咨詢及實施者4個維度上存在不足。認為對中學生心理健康教育工作改進應更新學校管理者和教師的理念,建立和完善心理咨詢、心理危機預防和干預體系等。
[Abstract]:A self-designed questionnaire on the practice of mental health education in senior high schools was used to investigate 70 ordinary high schools in Shaanxi Province. The mental health education concept questionnaire of middle school teachers was used to investigate 200 mental health education practitioners and school administrators in Shaanxi Province. The results show that: at present, nearly half of the schools in Shaanxi Province do not have full-time mental health teachers, 37% of the schools have special psychological counseling rooms, and most of the facilities are backward or lacking. In 32% of the schools, the mental health of high school students was evaluated, and the main forms of mental health education were lectures and class meetings, and only a small number of schools offered health education courses. On the concept of mental health education, mental health teachers and middle school administrators have a higher sense of identity in the three dimensions of the purpose, object and effect of education, and the relationship between the way of education and moral education. There are deficiencies in four dimensions of consultation and implementers. To improve the mental health education of middle school students, we should renew the concept of school administrators and teachers, establish and perfect the psychological counseling, psychological crisis prevention and intervention system, etc.
