精準(zhǔn)扶貧視角下鄉(xiāng)村小規(guī)模學(xué)校改革研究

【摘要】:后撤點(diǎn)并校時(shí)代,鄉(xiāng)村小規(guī)模學(xué)校的發(fā)展仍然迷霧重重,精準(zhǔn)扶貧思想的提出適時(shí)地為其發(fā)展提供了方法論的指導(dǎo)。它要求根據(jù)各地實(shí)際情況澄清鄉(xiāng)村小規(guī)模學(xué)校概念,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)扶持對(duì)象的精準(zhǔn)識(shí)別。在精準(zhǔn)摸底的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行分類施策,妥善推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村小規(guī)模學(xué)校的保留、撤并、新增與恢復(fù)。通過(guò)綜合施治,提升鄉(xiāng)村小規(guī)模學(xué)校的吸引力,使農(nóng)村貧困人口多樣化的教育需求得到激發(fā)、表達(dá)、尊重和滿足。
[Abstract]:The development of small-scale schools in rural areas is still full of fog in the days of withdrawing points and schools. The idea of accurate poverty alleviation provides methodological guidance for its development at the right time. It requires clarifying the concept of small-scale rural schools according to the actual situation in various places, and realizing the accurate identification of the supporting objects. On the basis of accurate mapping, classification measures are carried out to properly promote the retention, withdrawal, addition and restoration of small-scale rural schools. Through comprehensive treatment, the attraction of rural small schools can be enhanced, and the diversified educational needs of the rural poor will be stimulated, expressed, respected and satisfied.
