【摘要】：目的:檢驗(yàn)生涯未決應(yīng)對(duì)策略問(wèn)卷(Strategies for Coping with Career Indecision Questionnaire,SCCI)在中國(guó)大學(xué)生群體中的信度和效度。方法:采用SCCI中文版、生涯決策量表、生涯決策困難問(wèn)卷和問(wèn)題取向應(yīng)對(duì)風(fēng)格量表對(duì)1354名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行施測(cè),其中后三個(gè)量表用于檢驗(yàn)效標(biāo)關(guān)聯(lián)效度。兩周后隨機(jī)抽取105名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行重測(cè)。結(jié)果:修訂后的SCCI中文版共43道題,包括有效應(yīng)對(duì)、尋求支持和無(wú)效應(yīng)對(duì)三個(gè)二階因子和十三個(gè)一階因子;問(wèn)卷的擬合指數(shù)為:χ~2=3673.551,df=725,RMSEA=0.055,CFI=0.872,TLI=0.863,SRMR=0.074;三個(gè)二階因子的內(nèi)部一致性信度分別為0.91、0.87和0.86,重測(cè)信度分別為0.78、0.82和0.76;SCCI具有良好的效標(biāo)關(guān)聯(lián)效度。結(jié)論:修訂后的SCCI中文版具有較好的信度和效度,適宜在中國(guó)大學(xué)生群體中使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to test the reliability and validity of Strategies for Coping with Career Indecision questionnaire in Chinese college students. Methods: 1354 college students were tested with the Chinese version of SCCI, career decision scale, career Decision-Making difficulty questionnaire and question orientation coping style scale, among which the latter three scales were used to test the validity of validity criteria. Two weeks later, 105 college students were randomly selected for retest. Results: the revised Chinese version of SCCI consists of 43 questions, including three second-order factors and thirteen first-order factors, including effective coping, seeking support and ineffective coping; The fitting index of the questionnaire was: 蠂 ~ 2 3673.551 ~ 725 RMSEAA 0.055 CFI 0.872TLI 0.863N SRMR-0.074, the internal consistency reliability of the three second-order factors were 0.91-0.87 and 0.86, and the test-retest reliability were 0.780.82 and 0.76 SCCI, respectively. Conclusion: the revised Chinese version of SCCI has good reliability and validity and is suitable for use in Chinese college students.
