【摘要】：目的探討大學(xué)生心理病理癥狀在母親教養(yǎng)方式與非自殺性自傷(non-suicidal self-injury,NSSI)行為之間的中介作用。方法采用渥太華自傷量表(ottawa self-injury inventory,OSI)中的自傷判斷條目、青少年亞健康多維評定問卷(multidimensional sub-health questionnaire of adolescents,MSQA)、父母教養(yǎng)方式量表(egna minnen av barndoms uppfostran,EMBU)對4 000名大學(xué)生進行調(diào)查。結(jié)果大學(xué)生NSSI的檢出率為10.20%。母親教養(yǎng)方式、心理病理癥狀與非自殺性自傷之間均呈正相關(guān)(均有P0.05)。Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,在控制相關(guān)因素影響后,不良母親教養(yǎng)方式(OR=3.56,95%CI:2.71~4.67,P0.001)、心理病理癥狀(OR=1.71,95%CI:1.56~1.88,P0.001)能正向預(yù)測NSSI行為發(fā)生。Bootstrap法檢驗結(jié)果顯示,心理病理癥狀在母親教養(yǎng)方式與NSSI行為之間的中介效應(yīng)占總效應(yīng)的41.75%。結(jié)論不良的母親教養(yǎng)方式可能通過心理病理癥狀影響NSSI行為的發(fā)生,幫助該群體正確對待心理病理問題可能有利于其NSSI的預(yù)防和控制。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the mediating role of psychological pathological symptoms between maternal rearing style and non-suicidal self-injury-NSSI behavior. Methods A total of 4 000 college students were investigated with Ottawa self-injury inventory, Multidimensional sub-health questionnaire of adolescentsMSQA, and Egna minnen av barndoms Uppfosti. Results the detection rate of NSSI in college students was 10.20. There was a positive correlation between maternal rearing style, psychopathological symptoms and non-suicidal self-injury (P0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that, after controlling for the related factors, The bad maternal rearing style was 3.56-95 CI: 2.71-4.67 / P0.001, and the psychopathological symptoms were 1.71C: 1.561.88 / P0.001). The results of Bootstrap test showed that the mediating effect of psychopathological symptoms between mother's rearing style and NSSI's behavior accounted for 41.75% of the total effect. Conclusion the poor maternal rearing style may influence the occurrence of NSSI behavior through psychopathological symptoms, and it may be helpful to prevent and control NSSI by helping the group to deal with the psychopathologic problems correctly.
