初中生同學(xué)關(guān)系與焦慮情緒的追蹤研究

【摘要】:同學(xué)關(guān)系不僅是同伴關(guān)系的一種重要形式,也是班級環(huán)境的核心成分。良好的同學(xué)關(guān)系對于個體的心理健康、人際關(guān)系和情緒穩(wěn)定具有重要作用。目前,已有研究發(fā)現(xiàn)健康的同伴關(guān)系意味著更少的負(fù)性情緒。而且同學(xué)關(guān)系對于消極情緒之一——抑郁起到負(fù)向預(yù)測作用。雖然已有研究發(fā)現(xiàn)同伴關(guān)系能夠負(fù)向預(yù)測焦慮、抑郁等消極情緒,且同學(xué)關(guān)系能負(fù)向預(yù)測抑郁情緒,但同學(xué)關(guān)系對焦慮的影響仍不明晰。同時,焦慮作為一種消極情緒,對青少年的成長具有消極影響,因此考慮如何減少焦慮情緒有利于初中生的健康發(fā)展。根據(jù)Sullivan的人格理論以及焦慮的社會支持理論,消極的同學(xué)關(guān)系不僅可能導(dǎo)致青少年更難適應(yīng)和應(yīng)對壓力性事件,也會導(dǎo)致個體產(chǎn)生消極的自我評價,并最終引發(fā)高水平的焦慮。為了驗證該推測,研究以840名初中生為被試,通過交叉滯后分析,進(jìn)一步考察同學(xué)關(guān)系與焦慮的關(guān)系。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)初中生同學(xué)關(guān)系與焦慮存在顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)。(2)初中生的同學(xué)關(guān)系存在性別差異,女生的同學(xué)關(guān)系要顯著好于男生。(3)初中生的焦慮存在普遍性,不存在性別差異。(4)初中生同學(xué)關(guān)系隨時間推移,同學(xué)關(guān)系會顯著下降;焦慮水平隨時間的推移而顯著增加,變得更加焦慮。(5)初中生同學(xué)關(guān)系與焦慮之間存在預(yù)測關(guān)系。T1時間的焦慮能顯著負(fù)向預(yù)測T2時間的同學(xué)關(guān)系,即焦慮可以負(fù)向預(yù)測同學(xué)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Classmate relationship is not only an important form of peer relationship, but also the core component of class environment. Good classmate relationship plays an important role in individual mental health, interpersonal relationship and emotional stability. Currently, studies have found that healthy peer relationships mean less negative emotions. And classmate relationships play a negative role in predicting depression, one of the negative emotions. Although some studies have found that peer relationships can negatively predict negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, and classmate relationships can predict depression negatively, the influence of peer relationships on anxiety is still unclear. At the same time, anxiety, as a negative emotion, has a negative impact on the growth of teenagers, so consider how to reduce anxiety is conducive to the healthy development of junior high school students. According to Sullivan's personality theory and anxiety's social support theory, negative classmate relationship may not only make it more difficult for teenagers to adapt to and cope with stressful events, but also lead to negative self-evaluation of individuals and eventually lead to high level of anxiety. In order to test the hypothesis, 840 junior high school students were selected to study the relationship between peer relationship and anxiety by cross-lag analysis. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between schoolmate relationship and anxiety among junior high school students. (2) there were gender differences in schoolmate relationship among junior high school students, and the schoolmate relationship of female students was significantly better than that of male students. There is no gender difference. (4) with the passage of time, the student relationship of junior high school students will decrease significantly, and the anxiety level will increase significantly with the passage of time. There is a predictive relationship between peer relationship and anxiety in junior high school students. The anxiety of T1 time can predict the classmate relationship of T2 time significantly, that is, anxiety can predict the classmate relationship in a negative direction.
