【摘要】：目的:傳統(tǒng)課程以面對(duì)面授課為主,不能滿足現(xiàn)代教學(xué)發(fā)展的需要。Elearning是在線學(xué)習(xí)新方式,通過計(jì)算機(jī)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)或手機(jī)無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)授課、答疑和論壇交流。方法:通過E-learning網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建及應(yīng)用,對(duì)比分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)應(yīng)用前后學(xué)生掌握知識(shí)的程度和師生交流的密切程度,實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組醫(yī)學(xué)生的實(shí)驗(yàn)考核、理論考試成績(jī)輸入Excel 2007,并用Stata 19.0統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:常規(guī)課堂教學(xué)以外開發(fā)E-learning平臺(tái)并強(qiáng)化利用,確能提高學(xué)生成績(jī),促進(jìn)師生互動(dòng),不失為傳統(tǒng)授課方式的有益補(bǔ)充。結(jié)論:課堂教學(xué)為主,E-learning學(xué)習(xí)為輔的教學(xué)模式符合當(dāng)前信息社會(huì)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)規(guī)律,相輔相成,共同促進(jìn)醫(yī)學(xué)生知識(shí)的掌握和臨床技能水平的提高。但E-learning平臺(tái)建設(shè)是一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)工程,必須長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)規(guī)劃,循序漸進(jìn),逐步完善,方能發(fā)揮更大效能。
[Abstract]:Objective: the traditional courses are mainly face-to-face teaching, which can not meet the needs of modern teaching development. Elearning is a new way of online learning. Methods: through the construction and application of E-learning network platform, the degree of students' mastering knowledge and the close degree of communication between teachers and students before and after the application of network platform were compared and analyzed, and the experimental examination of the medical students in the experimental group and the control group was made. Theoretical test scores were entered into Excel 2007 and analyzed by Stata 19.0. Results: the development of E-learning platform and its utilization in addition to conventional classroom teaching can improve students' achievement and promote teacher-student interaction, which is a useful supplement to traditional teaching methods. Conclusion: the teaching mode of E-learning in classroom teaching is in line with the development trend of information society and the law of students' learning. It is complementary to each other and promotes the mastering of medical students' knowledge and the improvement of their clinical skills. However, the construction of E-learning platform is a system engineering, which must be planned in the long run, step by step and perfect step by step, so that it can play a more effective role.
