日本特別支援教育信息化建設(shè)的分析與啟示

【摘要】:文章介紹了日本特別支援教育的定義及發(fā)展情況,并從國(guó)家政策、國(guó)家立項(xiàng)與實(shí)踐應(yīng)用兩個(gè)方面對(duì)日本特別支援教育信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)行了分析。文章指出,日本自2009年起,便通過(guò)各類政策及文件逐步推進(jìn)特別支援教育信息化建設(shè),并規(guī)定了教育各階段的教學(xué)內(nèi)容;同時(shí),通過(guò)國(guó)家級(jí)項(xiàng)目開展教育實(shí)踐,在信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用方面取得了諸多成效。最后,文章對(duì)比了中日在國(guó)家政策、教學(xué)資源開發(fā)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)、師資培養(yǎng)與課程設(shè)置等方面的異同,并借鑒日本經(jīng)驗(yàn)提出建議,以期為發(fā)展我國(guó)特殊教育、進(jìn)行特殊教育信息化建設(shè)提供參考。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the definition and development of special support education in Japan, and analyzes the informatization construction of special support education in Japan from the aspects of national policy, national project establishment and practical application. The article points out that since 2009, Japan has been gradually promoting the construction of special education information through various policies and documents, and has stipulated the teaching contents in all stages of education. At the same time, it has carried out educational practice through national projects. Many achievements have been made in the application of information technology. Finally, the paper compares the similarities and differences between China and Japan in the aspects of national policy, the development and standardization of teaching resources, the training of teachers and the curriculum, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of special education in China. To provide reference for information construction of special education.
