智能虛擬助手的教育應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:智能虛擬助手是基于人工智能的對(duì)話式智能服務(wù),是構(gòu)建"對(duì)話即平臺(tái)"的信息系統(tǒng)核心,已受到教育領(lǐng)域的關(guān)注。文章在梳理已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了智能虛擬助手所具有的自然的人機(jī)交互、便捷的知識(shí)獲取和完善的技術(shù)生態(tài)三個(gè)特征及其對(duì)教育產(chǎn)生的價(jià)值。在此基礎(chǔ)上,文章探討了智能虛擬助手的學(xué)習(xí)支持功能,從個(gè)性化學(xué)習(xí)、問(wèn)答交流、學(xué)習(xí)分析的角度進(jìn)行了研究,并分析了其具體應(yīng)用案例。最后,文章對(duì)智能虛擬助手在教育領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用面臨的問(wèn)題和未來(lái)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了討論。
[Abstract]:Intelligent virtual assistant is a conversational intelligent service based on artificial intelligence. It is the core of information system of "dialogue is platform" and has been paid attention to in the field of education. On the basis of combing the existing research results, this paper analyzes the three characteristics of the intelligent virtual assistant, such as natural human-computer interaction, convenient knowledge acquisition and perfect technological ecology, and its value to education. On this basis, the paper discusses the learning support function of the intelligent virtual assistant, and studies it from the perspective of individualized learning, question and answer exchange, and learning analysis, and analyzes its concrete application cases. Finally, the problems and future development of intelligent virtual assistant in the field of education are discussed.
