【摘要】:美國的非師范人員要想轉(zhuǎn)行從教,主要是通過選擇性教師認證項目。"德克薩斯教師"項目是德克薩斯州發(fā)展最快、最成功的選擇性項目。項目的申請者通過審查后成為教師候選人,只要完成系列測試、培訓(xùn)和實踐教學(xué),即可獲取教師資格。"德克薩斯教師"項目的成功歸因于其運行過程中的特點及尋求廣泛支持的做法,但項目所體現(xiàn)的解制取向、實踐教學(xué)過程中存在的問題及項目的成效也引發(fā)了爭議。
[Abstract]:Non-teachers in the United States want to switch to teaching, mainly through the selective teacher certification program. " Texas Teachers is the fastest growing and most successful selective program in Texas. Applicants for the program will be qualified as teachers if they have completed a series of tests, training and practical teaching. " The success of the "Texas teacher" project is attributed to its characteristics in the course of operation and the way of seeking wide support, but the problems existing in the process of practical teaching and the effectiveness of the project have also aroused controversy.
