【摘要】：學(xué)術(shù)精神之于學(xué)者是至關(guān)重要的。只有學(xué)者真正具備了學(xué)術(shù)精神,才能推動學(xué)術(shù)的極大發(fā)展。但目前,我國不少教育學(xué)者逐漸喪失了本應(yīng)恪守的學(xué)術(shù)精神,主要體現(xiàn)在以下方面:教育學(xué)術(shù)研究目的的功利化、教育學(xué)術(shù)研究自主性的喪失、教育學(xué)術(shù)研究科學(xué)精神的缺位、教育學(xué)術(shù)研究創(chuàng)新精神的匱乏。之所以出現(xiàn)教育學(xué)術(shù)精神的式微,原因主要在于:我國學(xué)術(shù)傳統(tǒng)的不良影響、消費社會“物化”觀念的強烈沖擊、教育知識分子地位的尷尬選擇、學(xué)術(shù)評價體系“量化”的價值誤導(dǎo)。要提振我國教育學(xué)者的學(xué)術(shù)精神,就必須正確認(rèn)識學(xué)術(shù)研究的價值,提高教育學(xué)者的學(xué)術(shù)使命感;避免“權(quán)力尋租”,提高教育學(xué)者的學(xué)術(shù)自主性;打破單一的量化評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提升學(xué)術(shù)研究的終極價值關(guān)懷;強化問題與批判意識,提高教育學(xué)者的創(chuàng)新精神與能力。
[Abstract]:Academic spirit is of great importance to scholars. Only if the scholar has the academic spirit, can he promote the great development of the academic. However, at present, many educational scholars in our country have gradually lost the academic spirit that they should abide by, mainly in the following aspects: the utilitarianism of educational academic research purpose, the loss of autonomy of educational academic research, the absence of scientific spirit of educational academic research. Lack of innovative spirit in educational academic research. The main reasons for the decline of educational academic spirit lie in the negative influence of academic tradition in our country, the strong impact of the concept of "materialization" in the consumer society, and the awkward choice of the status of educational intellectuals. The value of "quantification" in academic evaluation system is misleading. In order to boost the academic spirit of educational scholars in China, we must correctly understand the value of academic research, enhance the sense of academic mission of educational scholars, avoid "power rent-seeking", enhance the academic autonomy of educational scholars, and break down the single quantitative evaluation standard. To enhance the ultimate value care of academic research, to strengthen the awareness of problems and criticism, to improve the innovative spirit and ability of educational scholars.
