【摘要】：每門課程投資幾十萬元建設的國家精品視頻公開課,是我國迄今實施的單門課程建設費用最高的國家課程工程,社會關注度非常高,但是觀看人數不多,學習者互動參與較少,影響力尚未達到預期。為了給國家精品視頻公開課的進一步提升與發(fā)展提供策略支持,為國家在線開放課程以及未來的課程創(chuàng)新提供借鑒,該文以七種互聯網思維為啟示,探討國家精品視頻公開課進一步優(yōu)化發(fā)展的問題,提出了采用先自上而下后自下而上的選拔機制更好地滿足用戶需求而建、"內容+服務"高度融合、充分利用現代信息技術使內容非凡表現、利用平臺促進學習方式方法改變、打造精品極品促進中華文化傳播、形式與內容與時俱進等策略建議。
[Abstract]:Each course invests several hundred thousand yuan to construct the national fine quality video open course, is our country curriculum project which the single course construction cost is the highest up to now, the social attention is very high, but the number of viewers is not large, the learner interaction participation is less. Influence has not yet met expectations. In order to provide the strategic support for the further promotion and development of the national excellent video open course, and to provide reference for the national online open course and the future curriculum innovation, this paper takes seven kinds of Internet thinking as the inspiration. This paper probes into the problem of further optimization and development of National Fine Video Open course, and puts forward that the selection mechanism of top-down and bottom-up should be built to better meet the needs of users, and "content service" will be highly integrated. Make full use of modern information technology to make the content extraordinary performance, use the platform to promote the change of learning methods, create excellent products to promote the spread of Chinese culture, form and content with the times and other strategic suggestions.
