廣東省X區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育信息化發(fā)展水平現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研與實(shí)證測(cè)評(píng)

【摘要】:信息技術(shù)在基礎(chǔ)教育中的應(yīng)用,有利于轉(zhuǎn)變教育觀念,變革教學(xué)方式,提升教育質(zhì)量,同時(shí)對(duì)促進(jìn)學(xué)生有效學(xué)習(xí)和培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才具有推動(dòng)作用。為全面提升我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育信息化水平,各省市紛紛響應(yīng)國(guó)家號(hào)召,啟動(dòng)“班班通、數(shù)字化教學(xué)資源全覆蓋”等項(xiàng)目,同時(shí)制訂相應(yīng)的信息化規(guī)劃以帶動(dòng)基礎(chǔ)教育現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展。經(jīng)過(guò)數(shù)十年,我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育信息化已取得了快速發(fā)展和進(jìn)步。但不可否認(rèn)的是,還存在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)差異大,各級(jí)各類學(xué)校發(fā)展差異大等問(wèn)題。那么,如何制訂科學(xué)的教育信息化發(fā)展規(guī)劃,怎樣合理配置信息化教學(xué)資源,以進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)各地區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育信息化的發(fā)展。全面有效的評(píng)估是解決上述問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵。為制定適合我國(guó)的基礎(chǔ)教育信息化評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,本研究依托華中師范大學(xué)“教育部教育信息化發(fā)展研究戰(zhàn)略基地”,以廣東省X區(qū)為例展開(kāi)調(diào)研,綜合運(yùn)用多種方法,依據(jù)實(shí)證調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建評(píng)估模型,對(duì)該區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育信息化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀做出科學(xué)全面的評(píng)估。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)構(gòu)建該區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育信息化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系。在梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)指標(biāo)體系,經(jīng)過(guò)多輪專家會(huì)議的討論,對(duì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行篩選,最終確定該區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育信息化發(fā)展水平評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系。(2)對(duì)該區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育信息化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀開(kāi)展實(shí)證調(diào)研。依據(jù)制定的評(píng)估指標(biāo),編制《廣東省X區(qū)中小學(xué)信息化現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研問(wèn)卷》,分為學(xué)校管理者和教師卷,選取該區(qū)中小學(xué)校進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研,回收數(shù)據(jù)。(3)構(gòu)建該區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育信息化應(yīng)用水平評(píng)估模型。首先利用探索性因素分析方法篩選出一級(jí)指標(biāo)。再運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型方法構(gòu)建該區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育信息化應(yīng)用水平評(píng)估模型,并確定各維度權(quán)重。(4)實(shí)證評(píng)測(cè)該區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育信息化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。首先采用基本描述統(tǒng)計(jì)法分別對(duì)學(xué)校管理者和教師問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行分析,然后依據(jù)模型,采用差異分析方法實(shí)證評(píng)估該區(qū)各級(jí)各類學(xué)校和各學(xué)科在基礎(chǔ)教育信息化應(yīng)用方面的差異。采用趨勢(shì)分析法預(yù)測(cè)廣東省基礎(chǔ)教育信息化發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。(5)提出該區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育信息化發(fā)展建議。針對(duì)以上評(píng)估結(jié)果,綜合分析該區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育信息化發(fā)展進(jìn)程中存在的問(wèn)題,隨后對(duì)該區(qū)信息化發(fā)展目標(biāo)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),最后提出未來(lái)發(fā)展建議和政策。
[Abstract]:The application of information technology in basic education will help to change the concept of education, change the teaching method, improve the quality of education, and promote the effective study of students and the cultivation of innovative talents. In order to improve the information level of basic education in China, the provinces and cities have responded to the call of the state, started the project of "the class and class pass, the digital teaching resources are covered" and so on. At the same time, they formulated the corresponding information planning in order to promote the development of the modernization of the basic education. After decades, China's basic education information has made rapid development and progress. But it is undeniable that there are still some problems, such as the difference of infrastructure construction and the development of all kinds of schools. Then, how to formulate the scientific development plan of education informatization and how to allocate the teaching resources of informatization reasonably, in order to further promote the development of basic education informatization in various regions. Comprehensive and effective evaluation is the key to solving these problems. In order to make the evaluation index system of basic education informatization suitable for our country, this study relies on the "Research Strategic Base of Education Informatization Development of Ministry of Education" of Central China normal University, taking the X District of Guangdong Province as an example to carry out the investigation and comprehensive use of various methods. According to the empirical investigation data, this paper constructs an evaluation model, and makes a scientific and comprehensive evaluation of the current situation of the informatization development of basic education in this area. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) constructing the evaluation index system of the informatization development of basic education in this area. On the basis of combing the relevant literature at home and abroad, combining with the related index system at home and abroad, after many rounds of discussions at expert meetings, the indicators were screened. Finally, the evaluation index system of the development level of basic education informatization in this area is determined. (2) an empirical investigation is carried out on the present situation of the development of informatization of basic education in this area. According to the evaluation index, the questionnaire of information status of primary and middle schools in area X of Guangdong Province was compiled, which was divided into school administrators and teachers' papers, and selected primary and secondary schools in this area for field investigation. Recovery data. 3) to construct the evaluation model of the application level of basic education informatization in this area. First, the primary index was screened by exploratory factor analysis method. Then using the structural equation model method to build the basic education informatization application level evaluation model, and determine the weight of each dimension. 4) the empirical evaluation of the development of basic education informatization in this area. First, the basic description statistics method is used to analyze the questionnaire of school administrators and teachers, and then the difference between schools and disciplines in the application of basic education information is evaluated according to the model and the method of difference analysis. The trend analysis method is used to forecast the development trend of basic education informatization in Guangdong province. In view of the above evaluation results, the problems existing in the process of the informatization development of basic education in this area are comprehensively analyzed, and then the objectives of the informatization development in this area are forecasted, and finally, suggestions and policies for the future development are put forward.
