甘孜州色達縣青年教師主觀幸福感的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)階段,個體的生活質(zhì)量越來越受到重視,而主觀幸福感作為個人生活總體質(zhì)量的重要衡量指標,被社會及學者所強調(diào)。本研究采用段建華修訂的總體幸福感量表,以色達縣205名青年教師作為研究對象,探討其主觀幸福感狀況及影響因素,如何有效提高青年教師的主觀幸福感。通過調(diào)查研究,得出以下結論:色達縣青年教師的總體主觀幸福感平均得分為70.35,男教師平均得分為69.71,女教師為70.72,均低于全國常模水平,男教師與全國男性常模比較存在顯著差異,女教師與全國女性常模比較沒有明顯差異;色達縣青年教師的主觀幸福感在年齡、教齡、職稱、月工資收入、民族、婚姻狀況上都存在顯著差異,在性別上差異不顯著,初任教師的主觀幸福感高于教齡為3年及以上的;任教學科對主觀幸福感影響不顯著,主觀幸福感在是否擔任班主任及工作區(qū)域上有顯著差異。提升青年教師的主觀幸福感,可以通過改善教師的待遇,縮小城鄉(xiāng)工資差距;嘗試建立人才流動機制,拓寬教師補充渠道;完善教師體檢制度,實施重大疾病療養(yǎng)機制;重視學前教育的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, more and more attention has been paid to the quality of individual life, and subjective well-being, as an important measure of the overall quality of individual life, has been emphasized by society and scholars. This study used Duan Jianhua revised overall Well-Being scale to explore the subjective well-being status and influencing factors of 205 young teachers in Zeda County and how to effectively improve the subjective well-being of young teachers. Through investigation and research, the following conclusions are drawn: the average score of overall subjective well-being of young teachers in Sheda County is 70.35, the average score of male teachers is 69.71, and that of female teachers is 70.72, which is lower than the national norm level. There is a significant difference between male teachers and national male norm, but there is no significant difference between female teachers and national female norm. There were significant differences in marital status, but there was no significant difference in gender, the subjective well-being of the first teacher was higher than that of the teacher of 3 years or more, the influence of teaching discipline on the subjective well-being was not significant. Subjective well-being is significantly different in whether or not to be a class teacher and in the work area. To improve the subjective well-being of young teachers, we can narrow the wage gap between urban and rural areas by improving the treatment of teachers, try to establish a mechanism of talent flow, widen the supplementary channels of teachers, perfect the system of teachers' physical examination, and implement the mechanism of major diseases recuperation. Attach importance to the development of preschool education.
