【摘要】：校園欺凌現(xiàn)象已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今一大社會問題。立法、懲戒機(jī)制的缺失,干預(yù)機(jī)制的滯后和犯罪成本偏低,使得校園欺凌有愈演愈烈的趨勢。校園欺凌的預(yù)防與根治是亟待解決的問題,構(gòu)建硬軟法混合治理模式,是從根本上遏制校園欺凌的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:Bullying on campus has become a major social problem today. The lack of legislation and punishment mechanism, the lag of intervention mechanism and the low cost of crime make the bullying on campus become more and more serious. The prevention and cure of campus bullying is an urgent problem to be solved.
