【摘要】：教師的職業(yè)成就感分為物質(zhì)、人際、精神等類型,并存在著量與質(zhì)的區(qū)別。通過在全國范圍的大樣本實證調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),影響我國中學教師職業(yè)成就感的內(nèi)部因素從高到低依次是"職業(yè)信念"、"職業(yè)行為"、"職業(yè)認同"和"職業(yè)情感",外部影響因素從高到低依次為"學校因素"、"人際因素"、"對職業(yè)成就的評價"、"社會因素"等,
[Abstract]:The teacher ' s sense of achievement is divided into material , interpersonal , spirit and so on , and there is the difference between quantity and quality . Through the empirical investigation of large sample in the whole country , the internal factors that affect the professional achievement of middle school teachers in China are from high to low , from high to low , " vocational belief " , " professional behavior " , " vocational identification " and " professional emotion " . The external influence factors are " school factor " , " interpersonal factor " , " evaluation of professional achievement " , " social factor " and so on .
