【摘要】：微課是一種為在線學習而生的,以學習者為中心設計的可視化學習資源。微課的應用往往離不開翻轉課堂。為了解決"食品微生物學實驗"課程中存在的"教"與"學"的問題,本文構建了基于微課視頻的翻轉課堂實驗教學模式,總結出了"一視、二臺、三看、四仿、五評"的實驗課教學策略。該教學模式實現(xiàn)了"以教為主"向"以學為主"的轉變,以及"知識傳授為主"向"能力培養(yǎng)為主"的轉變,提高了學生的自主學習能力和學習興趣,對提高教學效果具有明顯的促進作用。
[Abstract]:Micro-learning is a visual learning resource designed for learners-centered learning. The application of micro-class is often inseparable from the flipping classroom. In order to solve the problems of "teaching" and "learning" in the course of "Food Microbiology experiment", this paper constructs a teaching model of flipping classroom experiment based on microcourse video, and concludes "one view, two sets, three looks, four imitations," Five comments on the teaching strategy of experimental course. This teaching mode has realized the transformation from "teaching-oriented" to "learning-oriented", and from "knowledge imparting" to "ability cultivation", which has improved students' autonomous learning ability and interest in learning. To improve the teaching effect has the obvious promotion function.
