【摘要】：課程正義邏輯的"自然合理性"遮蔽了其所蘊藏的"非正義"現(xiàn)象。在課程主體的虛無假設、課程情境的同化取向以及課程實踐的物化邏輯的致思路徑下,課程正義并未實現(xiàn)對個人的實質正義。課程正義倫理價值的實現(xiàn)應展現(xiàn)對生命、情境和關系的關懷,依托于將關懷倫理涵括在課程正義的理路中,從課程方法論、主體素養(yǎng)以及課程制度等層面實現(xiàn)關懷與正義和合的全方位立體化構建。
[Abstract]:The natural rationality of the logic of curriculum justice obscured the phenomenon of injustice.Under the assumption of nothingness of curriculum subject, the assimilation orientation of curriculum situation and the materialization logic of curriculum practice, curriculum justice has not realized the substantive justice to the individual.The realization of the ethical value of curriculum justice should show the concern for life, situation and relationship, and rely on the inclusion of caring ethics in the course of course justice, and from the curriculum methodology.Subject accomplishment and curriculum system can realize the three-dimensional construction of concern, justice and harmony.
