大學(xué)生生活規(guī)律性與自我損耗的關(guān)系及習(xí)慣性行為的中介作用研究

【摘要】:目的了解大學(xué)生生活規(guī)律性與自我損耗的關(guān)系,并探討習(xí)慣性行為的中介作用。方法于2015年11月,采用方便抽樣法在北京市中國人民大學(xué)、中央財經(jīng)大學(xué)選取本科生435例進行問卷調(diào)查。問卷內(nèi)容包括自我調(diào)節(jié)疲勞量表中文版、自編大學(xué)生周末生活行為問卷、生活規(guī)律性自評量表,分別反映大學(xué)生的自我損耗程度、行為習(xí)慣性強度、生活規(guī)律性強度。共發(fā)放問卷435份,有效回收430份,問卷有效回收率為98.9%。結(jié)果大學(xué)生的自我損耗、生活規(guī)律性、習(xí)慣性行為得分分別為(45.8±5.3)、(7.0±1.8)、(30.9±4.2)分。女生的生活規(guī)律性得分高于男生,大三學(xué)生的習(xí)慣性行為得分高于大二學(xué)生,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。Pearson相關(guān)分析結(jié)果顯示,自我損耗得分與生活規(guī)律性得分呈線性負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05),生活規(guī)律性得分與習(xí)慣性行為得分呈線性正相關(guān)(P0.05),習(xí)慣性行為得分與自我損耗得分呈線性負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。中介效應(yīng)分析結(jié)果顯示,生活規(guī)律性得分是自我損耗得分的預(yù)測變量(β=-0.323,P0.01);生活規(guī)律性得分可以正向影響習(xí)慣性行為得分(β=0.348,P0.01);當(dāng)生活規(guī)律性得分、習(xí)慣性行為得分介入模型時,習(xí)慣性行為得分對自我損耗得分有負(fù)向預(yù)測作用(β值分別為-0.278、-0.136,P0.01)。習(xí)慣性行為得分的中介效應(yīng)量占總效應(yīng)量的13.8%,習(xí)慣性行為得分起部分中介作用。結(jié)論生活規(guī)律性越強的大學(xué)生自我損耗越少;生活越規(guī)律,執(zhí)行習(xí)慣性行為的強度越高,習(xí)慣性行為在生活規(guī)律性和自我損耗之間起部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between college students life regularity and self loss, and to explore the mediating role of habitual behavior. Methods in November 2015, using the random sampling method in Beijing City, Renmin University of China, Central University of Finance and Economics selected 435 undergraduates were conducted a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire including self adjustment fatigue scale Chinese version, the university students' weekend life behavior questionnaire, the law of life self rating scale, self loss degree respectively reflect the behavior, strength, life regularity of strength. A total of 435 questionnaires, 430 effective questionnaires, the effective rate of the questionnaire was 98.9%. the results of College Students' self loss, life regularity, habitual behavior scores were (45.8 + 5.3), (7 + 1.8), (30.9 + 4.2). The law of life of girls score higher than boys, scores of habitual behavior Junior higher than sophomore students, the difference was statistically significant ( P0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that self loss scores showed a negative linear correlation with the regularity of life score (P0.05), a positive linear correlation score and the score of life of habitual behavior (P0.05), there was a negative correlation between the scores of habitual behavior and self loss score (P0.05). The mediating effect analysis showed that life the regularity score is a predictive variable of self loss score (beta =-0.323, P0.01); the law of life score can positively affect the habitual behavior score (beta =0.348, P0.01); when the law of life score, score of habitual behavior intervention model, scores of habitual behavior has a negative predictive effect on self loss score (beta the values were -0.278, -0.136, P0.01). The mediating effect of habitual behavior scores the total effect was 13.8%, scores of habitual behavior plays a part intermediary role. Conclusion the self loss rule of college life more strong The less it is, the more regular the life, the higher the intensity of the practice of behavior, and the mediating role of habitual behavior between the regularity of life and the loss of self.
