“全面二孩”政策背景下的中國義務(wù)教育發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)對

【摘要】:"全面二孩"政策的實(shí)施,給我國當(dāng)前義務(wù)教育帶來的沖擊和壓力的主要體現(xiàn):教育資源稀缺,國家負(fù)擔(dān)加重;教育格局差異,貧富差距拉大;學(xué)生數(shù)量超額,教師教學(xué)吃力。面對上述沖擊和壓力,我國義務(wù)教育應(yīng)采取的應(yīng)對戰(zhàn)略如下:提高政府重視程度,合理分配教育資源;合理安排教育布局,保障區(qū)域教育公平;加強(qiáng)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè),提高整體教學(xué)質(zhì)量;全面發(fā)展創(chuàng)新精神,打破同一課程結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the policy of "all-around two-child" mainly reflects the impact and pressure brought about by the current compulsory education in China: the scarcity of educational resources, the increasing burden on the country, the difference in educational pattern, the widening gap between the rich and the poor, the excess number of students and the difficulty in teaching.In the face of the above impact and pressure, China's compulsory education should adopt the following strategies: to improve the government's attention, to allocate educational resources rationally, to arrange the distribution of education reasonably, to ensure regional education fairness, to strengthen the construction of teachers' ranks,Improve the overall teaching quality; develop the spirit of innovation in an all-round way, break the same curriculum structure.
