【摘要】：本研究探討了親社會(huì)自主動(dòng)機(jī)對(duì)青少年幸福感和親社會(huì)行為的影響,并檢驗(yàn)了基本心理需要滿足的中介作用。研究1以293名青少年為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷法考察了親社會(huì)自主動(dòng)機(jī)、基本心理需要滿足、幸福感和親社會(huì)行為的關(guān)系;研究2以205名青少年為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)法操縱親社會(huì)自主動(dòng)機(jī)(vs.受控動(dòng)機(jī)),并考察其對(duì)基本心理需要滿足、幸福感和親社會(huì)行為的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,親社會(huì)自主動(dòng)機(jī)顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)青少年的幸福感和親社會(huì)行為,并且基本心理需要滿足在親社會(huì)自主動(dòng)機(jī)對(duì)幸福感和親社會(huì)行為的預(yù)測(cè)中都起到了中介作用;相反,親社會(huì)受控動(dòng)機(jī)則不利于青少年基本心理需要的滿足,進(jìn)而不能有效地提升其幸福感和親社會(huì)行為。
[Abstract]:This study explored the effects of prosocial autonomous motivation on adolescent well-being and prosocial behavior, and examined the intermediary role of basic psychological needs.In study 1, 293 adolescents were selected as subjects, and the relationships among prosocial autonomous motivation, satisfaction of basic psychological needs, well-being and prosocial behavior were investigated by questionnaire.Manipulating prosocial autonomous motivation by experimental method.Controlled motivation and its effects on basic psychological needs satisfaction, well-being and pro-social behavior.The results show that prosocial autonomous motivation significantly positively predicts adolescents' well-being and pro-social behavior, and the satisfaction of basic psychological needs plays an intermediary role in the prediction of well-being and pro-social behavior.On the contrary, prosocial controlled motivation is not conducive to the satisfaction of adolescents' basic psychological needs, and can not effectively promote their well-being and pro-social behavior.
