論城鄉(xiāng)一體化中農(nóng)村教育的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)

【摘要】:城鄉(xiāng)一體化是我國(guó)社會(huì)的深刻變革,它打破城鄉(xiāng)二元對(duì)立結(jié)構(gòu),在一體化的思路中把農(nóng)村教育定位為服務(wù)于城鄉(xiāng)共同發(fā)展;由于實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)要素在城鄉(xiāng)的自由流動(dòng),為農(nóng)村教育發(fā)展提供資源保障。但農(nóng)村人口向城市流動(dòng)導(dǎo)致人口驟減、經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展對(duì)農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力素質(zhì)要求提高、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化要求農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)變化等因素,都對(duì)農(nóng)村教育提出嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。農(nóng)村教育只有實(shí)現(xiàn)自身轉(zhuǎn)型以適應(yīng)社會(huì)變革的需要,輔之以政策支持,來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì)當(dāng)前面臨的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:The integration of urban and rural areas is a profound change in our society. It breaks the dualistic structure of urban and rural areas, positioning rural education as serving the common development of urban and rural areas in the way of integration, and realizing the free flow of production elements in urban and rural areas.To provide resources for the development of rural education.However, the migration of rural population to the city leads to a sharp decrease of population, the improvement of the quality of rural labor force by the development of economy and society, the change of industrial structure, the change of technical structure of rural labor force, and so on, all of which pose a severe challenge to rural education.Rural education has to realize its own transformation to meet the needs of social change, supplemented by policy support, to cope with the current problems.
