【摘要】：為全面了解近年來(lái)農(nóng)村教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展的研究狀況,基于中國(guó)知網(wǎng)自2005年至2016年收錄的286篇有關(guān)農(nóng)村教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展研究的文獻(xiàn),采用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量法從文獻(xiàn)發(fā)表年代、期刊來(lái)源、作者分布、作者合著與合作程度、研究機(jī)構(gòu)與資助項(xiàng)目、關(guān)鍵詞及研究主題等方面進(jìn)行深度剖析。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):農(nóng)村教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展研究處于快速發(fā)展期;論文期刊分布廣泛,呈現(xiàn)不均衡性;未形成核心作者群;作者合著率和合作程度不高;研究機(jī)構(gòu)以師范類(lèi)高等院校為主,項(xiàng)目基金資助比例較低;研究主題多元但缺乏深入。進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)農(nóng)村教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展研究領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展和成熟需要后續(xù)研究者做出更大努力。
[Abstract]:To study the status of rural teachers' professional development comprehensive understanding in recent years from 2005 to 2016, Chinese HowNet included 286 papers on Rural Teachers' Professional Development Research Based on the literature, from the literature published in the literature metrology journal source, author distribution, authors and the degree of cooperation, research institutions and funding projects, keywords and topics other aspects of the depth of analysis. The results showed that the professional development of rural teachers in the period of rapid development; the journals are widely distributed, unbalanced; not form the core of the authors; the rate and the degree of cooperation is not high; research institutions in normal universities, project funding is relatively low; multiple research topics but lack of depth. To further promote the development of rural teachers' professional development and mature research field need further research to make greater efforts.
