【摘要】：轉(zhuǎn)型期的社會特征使得作為利益權(quán)威性調(diào)節(jié)和分配的教育政策執(zhí)行面臨十分復(fù)雜的環(huán)境,出現(xiàn)教育政策執(zhí)行偏離問題。政策網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論作為公共政策研究的新范式,為教育政策執(zhí)行偏離研究提供了一種新的研究途徑。在對政策網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論進行概述的基礎(chǔ)上,將其引入教育政策執(zhí)行偏離研究之中,構(gòu)建了教育政策執(zhí)行偏離的政策網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析框架,并為教育政策執(zhí)行偏離的矯正提供了豐富的理論資源和智慧策略。
[Abstract]:The social characteristics of the transitional period make the implementation of educational policy, as the authoritative adjustment and distribution of interests, face a very complex environment, which leads to the deviation of educational policy implementation. The policy network theory is a new paradigm of public policy research. It provides a new research approach for the study of educational policy implementation deviation. On the basis of summarizing the theory of policy network, it is introduced into the study of educational policy implementation deviation. This paper constructs the framework of policy network analysis of educational policy deviation and provides abundant theoretical resources and intelligent strategies for the correction of educational policy implementation deviation.
