【摘要】：正當(dāng)今社會(huì),科技進(jìn)步日新月異,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計(jì)算、大數(shù)據(jù)等現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)深刻改變著人類思維、生產(chǎn)、生活和學(xué)習(xí)方式,也推動(dòng)著教育的變革和創(chuàng)新。2015年以來,中國電信淮安分公司充分發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)、技術(shù)與服務(wù)優(yōu)勢(shì),與淮安市教育局共同推進(jìn)淮安智慧教育建設(shè),共建智慧校園,推動(dòng)"三通兩平臺(tái)"建設(shè),探索"政企聯(lián)動(dòng)、合作共贏"的教育信息化合作建設(shè)創(chuàng)新模式。一、背景淮安,運(yùn)河之都、文化名城,周恩來總理在這里立下"為中華之崛起
[Abstract]:In today's society, science and technology are advancing with each passing day. Modern information technologies such as the Internet, cloud computing, big data and other modern information technologies have profoundly changed human thinking, production, life and learning, and have also promoted the transformation and innovation of education. Huai'an Branch of China Telecom has made full use of its advantages in network, technology and service, and has worked with the Huaian Bureau of Education to promote the construction of wisdom education in Huai'an, to jointly build a wise campus, to promote the construction of the "three links and two platforms", and to explore the linkage between government and enterprise. Cooperation and win-win cooperation in education informatization construction innovation mode.
