【摘要】：在被動接受城市取向的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展理念的道路上,本是弱勢群體的農村教師的切身利益遭受到了忽視,因此需要建構并維護農村教師利益的農村教師專業(yè)發(fā)展支持體系,即通過增強和優(yōu)化農村教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的利益關系為途徑來滿足其發(fā)展的內外部利益需求。在建構農村教師專業(yè)發(fā)展支持體系的過程中遇到了各種利益沖突,具體分為具有主導性的內部利益沖突、具有"馬太效應"性的外部利益沖突以及具有互動性的內外部利益沖突。為了建構科學的農村教師專業(yè)發(fā)展支持體系,需要采取如下措施:首先,建構提升農村教師內部利益需求層次的支持體系;其次,建構滿足農村教師外部利益資源需求的支持體系;最后,建構協(xié)同農村教師內外部利益沖突的支持體系。
[Abstract]:On the way of passively accepting the urban orientation of teachers' professional development concept, the vital interests of rural teachers, who are the weak groups, have been neglected, so it is necessary to construct and maintain the rural teachers' professional development support system. That is, through strengthening and optimizing the interest relationship of rural teachers' professional development to meet the internal and external interests of their development needs. In the process of constructing the rural teachers' professional development support system, there are various conflicts of interest. In order to construct a scientific support system for rural teachers' professional development, it can be divided into three categories: internal conflict of interest with dominant effect, external conflict of interest with "Matthew effect" and interactive conflict of internal and external interest. The following measures need to be taken: first, to construct a support system to enhance the level of rural teachers' internal interest needs; secondly, to construct a support system to meet the needs of rural teachers' external interest resources; finally, To construct the supporting system of internal and external conflicts of interest for rural teachers.
