【摘要】：教育信息化的推進(jìn),為校長(zhǎng)專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展提供了更多的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。在教育信息化背景下,校長(zhǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)實(shí)踐需要何種領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力,亟需予以關(guān)注與深思。信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的提出為校長(zhǎng)的專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)實(shí)踐提供了新的思路與契機(jī)。通過(guò)概念解讀指出,校長(zhǎng)的信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力本質(zhì)上屬于技術(shù)能力與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力二維融合的產(chǎn)物,其主要涉及信息技術(shù)能力、信息化規(guī)劃能力、信息化管理能力以及信息化評(píng)估能力四個(gè)方面�；诩夹g(shù)融入視角,闡述了校長(zhǎng)信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的生成過(guò)程,并以校長(zhǎng)信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題的解決為切入口,提出了校長(zhǎng)信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的培養(yǎng)策略:以技術(shù)感知為落腳點(diǎn),提升校長(zhǎng)的信息技術(shù)能力;以領(lǐng)導(dǎo)情境為關(guān)注點(diǎn),提升校長(zhǎng)的信息化規(guī)劃與管理能力;以技術(shù)反思為出發(fā)點(diǎn),提升校長(zhǎng)的信息化評(píng)估能力。
[Abstract]:The advancement of educational informatization provides more opportunities and challenges for the professional development of principals. Under the background of educational informatization, what kind of leadership ability does the principal need in the practice of leadership? The proposal of information leadership provides a new way of thinking and opportunity for the principal's professional development and leadership practice. The principal's information-based leadership is essentially the product of two-dimensional integration of technical ability and leadership ability, which mainly involves the ability of information technology and information planning. Based on the perspective of technology integration, this paper expounds the forming process of the principal's information leadership, and takes the solution of the existing problems of the principal's information leadership as the key point. Put forward the training strategy of the headmasters' information leadership: take the technology perception as the foothold, enhance the principal's information technology ability; take the leadership situation as the focus, enhance the principal's information planning and management ability; take the technical reflection as the starting point, To enhance the principal's ability of information evaluation.
