【摘要】：目的了解河南省初中生受欺侮現(xiàn)況,分析受欺侮初中生心理健康狀況。方法采用分層隨機(jī)整群抽樣的方法,在河南省14市縣抽取初中學(xué)生14 177人,使用《中國(guó)青少年健康相關(guān)行為調(diào)查問(wèn)卷(初中版)》進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果57.0%的初中生在過(guò)去30天曾受過(guò)欺侮,7.1%的初中生經(jīng)常受欺侮。男生受各類欺侮的報(bào)告率均高于女生,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。初一學(xué)生在被索要財(cái)物、被威脅恐嚇、被打踢推擠或關(guān)在屋里的報(bào)告率高于初二和初三學(xué)生(P0.05)。受欺侮者孤獨(dú)、失眠、因傷心絕望停止活動(dòng)、認(rèn)真考慮過(guò)自殺的檢出率明顯高于未受欺侮者,且受欺侮頻率越高,以上各類心理問(wèn)題的檢出率越高(P0.05)。不同受欺侮類型造成的心理影響不同。結(jié)論河南省初中生受欺侮現(xiàn)象較嚴(yán)重,受欺侮者易出現(xiàn)多種心理問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the situation of junior high school students being bullied in Henan province and analyze their mental health. Methods 14 177 junior middle school students were sampled from 14 cities and counties of Henan Province by stratified random cluster sampling. Results 57.0% of the junior high school students had been bullied in the past 30 days, 7.1% of the junior high school students had been bullied frequently. The reported rate of all kinds of bullying among boys was higher than that of girls. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The report rate of first grade students being asked for property, threatened and intimidated, beaten, kicked, pushed or locked up in the house was higher than that of the second and third grade students of junior high school. The bullied students were lonely, sleepless, and stopped their activities because of sadness and despair. The rate of suicide was significantly higher than that of those who had not been bullied, and the higher the frequency of bullying, The higher the detection rate of psychological problems is, the higher the detection rate is. Different types of bullying cause different psychological effects. Conclusion the bullying phenomenon of junior high school students in Henan Province is more serious, and the bullied students are prone to various psychological problems.
