論價(jià)值主義教育思想及其實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:價(jià)值主義教育思想是指以哲學(xué)范疇的價(jià)值學(xué)說(shuō)體系為理論指導(dǎo),在認(rèn)識(shí)、反思與批判當(dāng)前教育實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)上形成的,以闡述與建構(gòu)有價(jià)值的教育為核心的教育主張。價(jià)值主義教育思想的核心命題為何為有價(jià)值的教育。有價(jià)值的教育是存在于一定的價(jià)值關(guān)系中的教育。存在于一定價(jià)值關(guān)系中的教育應(yīng)當(dāng)合理滿足主體的全方位需要、符合教育發(fā)展的規(guī)律、包含人的創(chuàng)造活動(dòng)。有價(jià)值的教育是繼承與傳遞社會(huì)文明、交流與推廣社會(huì)文明、建設(shè)與促進(jìn)社會(huì)文明的教育。有價(jià)值的教育是促進(jìn)自由實(shí)現(xiàn)的教育。這種“自由”包含著教育實(shí)踐過(guò)程中的自由、人的發(fā)展自由以及社會(huì)的自由發(fā)展。倡導(dǎo)價(jià)值主義教育思想的緣由主要體現(xiàn)在兩個(gè)方面首先,價(jià)值主義教育思想有益于改變當(dāng)前工具性教育目的觀;其次,價(jià)值主義教育思想有助于改變當(dāng)前過(guò)度功利性的教育價(jià)值觀。踐行價(jià)值主義教育思想、實(shí)現(xiàn)有價(jià)值的教育需要教育過(guò)程的各個(gè)要素相互作用、相互配合。第一,應(yīng)當(dāng)建構(gòu)有價(jià)值的教育目標(biāo)。教育目標(biāo)應(yīng)當(dāng)具有主體性、階段性與可操作性,涵蓋知識(shí)領(lǐng)域、情感領(lǐng)域與技能領(lǐng)域。針對(duì)教育目標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)應(yīng)以教育實(shí)踐中人與社會(huì)的實(shí)現(xiàn)程度、教育主體發(fā)展需要的滿足以及社會(huì)的教育需要滿足程度為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。第二,應(yīng)當(dāng)遵循價(jià)值性原則、時(shí)代性原則、全面性原則、發(fā)展性原則選擇教育內(nèi)容,明確教育內(nèi)容的改革方向:堅(jiān)持人文科學(xué)與自然科學(xué)并重、國(guó)際視野與本土特色相互融合、量的平衡與質(zhì)的差異相互協(xié)調(diào)。教育內(nèi)容的實(shí)施依賴于課堂教學(xué)、家庭教育以及社會(huì)教育組織或者團(tuán)體的共同努力。第三,應(yīng)當(dāng)以教育目標(biāo)、教育內(nèi)容與教育對(duì)象為依據(jù)選擇合適的教育方法。教育方法的實(shí)施應(yīng)遵循適配性、科學(xué)性、多樣性等原則。第四,有價(jià)值的教育制度不僅是有價(jià)值的教育的重要組成部分,也是踐行價(jià)值主義教育思想的有利保障。教育秩序與教育自由是教育制度建設(shè)的兩大價(jià)值維度。教育秩序是在教育實(shí)踐中形成的,教育活動(dòng)整體以及教育系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部各個(gè)要素之間相互作用、相互影響,從而達(dá)成的穩(wěn)定、有序、連續(xù)、有機(jī)、合規(guī)律的狀態(tài)。教育自由包括兩個(gè)角度:一是教育作為社會(huì)子系統(tǒng)的自由,即教育自由發(fā)展;二是教育實(shí)踐內(nèi)部各要素發(fā)展的自由,其中最為重要的是教育主體間的自由。有價(jià)值的教育制度必然是將自由的要求與教育的要求有機(jī)結(jié)合在一起,既將自由控制在合理的范圍之內(nèi),又保障教育的自由發(fā)展,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)教育終極價(jià)值目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Value-oriented educational thought is formed on the basis of understanding, reflecting and criticizing the current educational practice under the guidance of the value theory system of philosophical category. The idea of education with the core of expounding and constructing valuable education. Why is the core proposition of value-oriented education thought as valuable education. The valuable education is the education that exists in a certain value relation. Education in the relationship of fixed value should reasonably meet the all-round needs of the subject, In accordance with the law of educational development, including the creative activities of human beings. Valuable education is to inherit and transmit social civilization, exchange and promote social civilization, Building and promoting the education of social civilization. Valuable education is the education that promotes the realization of freedom. This "freedom" contains the freedom in the process of educational practice. The reasons of advocating the educational thought of value doctrine are two aspects: firstly, the thought of value education is beneficial to change the view of the purpose of instrumental education at present; second, the reason of advocating the educational thought of value doctrine is that it is beneficial to change the view of the purpose of instrumental education at present. Value-oriented educational thought is helpful to change the current excessive utilitarian educational values. To practice the value-oriented educational thought, to realize the valuable education requires the interaction and cooperation of the various elements of the educational process. First, The educational goal should be subject, phased and operable, covering the fields of knowledge, emotion and skill. The evaluation of educational goal should be based on the degree of realization of people and society in educational practice. The satisfaction of the educational subject's development needs and the degree of the society's educational needs are the criteria. Secondly, the educational content should be chosen according to the value principle, the epochal principle, the comprehensive principle and the developmental principle. Make clear the reform direction of the educational content: insist on paying equal attention to the humanities and natural science, merge the international field of vision with the local characteristics, balance the quantity with the difference of quality, the implementation of the educational content depends on the classroom teaching. Family education and the joint efforts of social education organizations or groups. Third, we should choose appropriate educational methods based on educational objectives, educational contents and educational objects. The implementation of educational methods should be appropriate and scientific. Principles such as diversity. 4th. A valuable education system is not only an important component of valuable education, Educational order and educational freedom are the two value dimensions of educational system construction. Educational order is formed in educational practice.
