時間效能感與大學生手機移動網絡使用行為關系

【摘要】:目的探討大學時間管理傾向、壓力知覺與手機移動網絡使用行為之間的關系。方法于2014年4—6月,采用心理測量法對1 488名在校大學生進行測量。結果 (1)低、高時間管理組在手機移動網絡使用行為量表的社會功能受損得分分別為(2.74±0.81)、(2.40±0.76)分,耐受性分別為(2.40±0.67)、(2.01±0.07)分,使用時間分別為(3.22±0.87)、(2.76±0.81)分,3個維度得分低時間管理組明顯高于高時間管理組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(均P0.01)。(2)時間效能感與手機移動網絡過度使用行為存在明顯負相關,時間價值感、時間監(jiān)控觀、時間效能感和時間管理量表總分與壓力知覺存在明顯負相關。(3)壓力知覺對手機移動網絡過度使用行為有明顯正向預測作用(t=6.763,P0.01),時間效能感對手機移動網絡過度使用行為有顯著負向預測作用(t=-4.347,P0.01)。(4)壓力知覺在時間效能感與手機移動網絡過度使用行為間起到部分中介效應。結論大學生的低時間效能感更易引起手機移動網絡的過度使用行為,通過提高大學生時間效能感降低壓力知覺,可以減少大學生手機移動網絡過度使用行為。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship among college time management disposition, stress perception and mobile network use behavior. Methods from April to June, 2014, 1 488 college students were measured by psychological measurement. In the high time management group, the scores of social function impairment were 2.74 鹵0.81U (2.40 鹵0.76), tolerance was 2.40 鹵0.67 (2.01 鹵0.07), and the usage time was 3.22 鹵0.87 (2.76 鹵0.81), respectively. The scores of low time management group were significantly higher than those of high time management group. There was a significant negative correlation between time efficacy and mobile network overuse, time value and time monitoring. The total score of time efficacy and time management scale has a negative correlation with stress perception.) stress perception has a significant positive predictive effect on mobile phone network overuse behavior. There was a significant negative predictive effect on behavior. (4) stress perception played a partial intermediary effect between time efficacy and mobile network overuse. Conclusion the low time efficacy of college students is more likely to lead to excessive use of mobile phone network. By improving the sense of time efficacy of college students and reducing the perception of stress, the excessive use of mobile network can be reduced.
