高等教育信息化應(yīng)用核心評(píng)估模型研究

【摘要】:隨著教育信息化的快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)高校教育信息化的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和資源配置已有了一定的水平和規(guī)模,高等教育信息化已逐步從"建設(shè)"階段向"應(yīng)用"階段邁進(jìn)。高等教育信息化應(yīng)用評(píng)估是了解高校教育信息化應(yīng)用狀況,促進(jìn)高校教育信息化發(fā)展的重要途徑。構(gòu)建有針對(duì)性的信息化應(yīng)用評(píng)估模型對(duì)深入評(píng)估高校信息化應(yīng)用水平,推進(jìn)高校教育信息化應(yīng)用發(fā)展進(jìn)程有重要作用。目前大多數(shù)高等教育信息化評(píng)估模型主要從信息化水平的整體發(fā)展角度出發(fā),而專門針對(duì)信息化應(yīng)用的、系統(tǒng)的評(píng)估模型極少。本研究結(jié)合我國(guó)高等教育當(dāng)前的信息化發(fā)展階段,從信息化應(yīng)用的角度出發(fā),對(duì)高校信息化應(yīng)用進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量法、解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型法、專家調(diào)查法等方法構(gòu)建了一個(gè)針對(duì)高等教育信息化應(yīng)用的核心評(píng)估模型,并基于該模型對(duì)某高校的教育信息化應(yīng)用水平開(kāi)展評(píng)估實(shí)踐,以期為后續(xù)相關(guān)研究提供借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of educational informatization, the infrastructure and resource allocation of educational informatization in colleges and universities in our country has already reached a certain level and scale. The informatization of higher education has gradually moved from the stage of "construction" to the stage of "application". An important way to promote the development of educational informatization in colleges and universities. The establishment of a targeted information application evaluation model can be used to evaluate the level of informatization application in colleges and universities. At present, most of the evaluation models of higher education informatization are mainly based on the overall development of the level of informatization, and are specifically aimed at the application of information technology. The evaluation model of the system is very few. This study combines the current information development stage of higher education in our country, from the angle of information application, carries on the systematic analysis to the information application of the university, synthetically uses the literature metrology method, explains the structure model method. This paper constructs a core evaluation model for the application of information in higher education based on the method of expert investigation. Based on the model, the evaluation practice of the application level of educational informatization in a certain university is carried out, in order to provide reference and reference for the subsequent relevant research.
